Excellent quality, neoprene rubber not too thin with tiny hooks in the font to latch it, but I just pull up and down instead. Lucky to have a smaller thin elastic I have had for years since this helps. Wow, I work in it and come out of it with nice sweat all around my middle. Feels good, comfortable in all movements. Did poke a finger hole at one seam in early attempts getting it on, but I am confident it will last or I will get another one with what I have learned. Only a few days use, but I feel the change starting to happen. Doesn't come with any use manual or tips... so go into it slowly until you find your way. I was starting out not heavy fat stomach, using other rigs over a couple of years, so do be careful. If you start feeling uncomfortable... take it off and put it on an off until you start feeling okay with it and this is a tip for any of these devices. Oh... and there are three sets of hoops for the hooks so you have some working space to improve. I thought this was very clever. Front has a bit of a rise in the middle that fits comfortably and nicely with your ribs. Final tip...It doesn't have to be extremely tight to work, start out in the large settings. Buy the right size. If it doesn't work then order the next size that might and let amazon take the other back. they are cheap enough. It' worth it. Oh... and yes... if you are wanting to tune your stomach and all, maintain a trimmed diet as well. And... exercise... exercise. Don't have to be extreme, just set up simple routine exercises. Body build if you are after body builder style, I just want trimmed down waist and I am starting to get there.

This was my first time ordering a piece of men's shapewear! I initially ordered the size XL for myself, as my weight flcutuates and my waist size varied between large and extra large, so I assumed XL would be better. When I got the product, however, it was a little bit large on me. My father, however, has been looking for a product like this for a while, so I gave it to him, and it fit him perfectly! He was very comfortable to sit in it, and it was hidden very well beneath his clothes, but also helped with his posture and in shaping his back, which he loved! The steel-bone design was perfect, as well, and very easy to put on! I very much intend to buy a smaller size for myself at some point, too, as this product seems very nice to use. Highly recommended!

I like the overall of this waist trainer. I think the next time I order it I’ll get it even a smaller size since my waist training journey is slightly different. This waist trainer does it’s job for the support and shaping of someone who wants to lose some inches during their workouts. It wasn’t hard at all to put on :) I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

6/22: I've worn the item for 3 hours. It immediately remedied side-effects of my pesky scoliosis. I've used resistance bands in the past. The corset is a better solution than the bands. It prevents my abdomen from leaning to my left. This lean is responsible for various problems with my joints & ligaments. With the corset, I'm walking straight and without pain. The key is to find the right size. I'm a six foot tall man at 200 lbs. When I first wrapped it, I was initially convinced that it wouldn't fit. Yet with patience I was pleasantly surprised. I purchased a medium after reading other reviews. Medium proved to be my size though barely. If I gained 5 pounds, I'd have to buy a large. 6/29: The corset has performed well. It's stretched mildly after wearing it daily over the last week. Yet it stretched far less than a pelvic resistance band. The corset is a superior solution for keeping your lower back straight. I have no problem hitching and un-hitching the corset. Others complained. Not me. After a week the corset has prevented my trunk from slanting due to my left due to my scoliosis. I intend to use this solution at night too. I highly recommend.

I ordered on and it fit me just right so I was in need of a smaller size. I contacted customer support and they were so quick to respond. They are now sending me a size smaller like I am needing. Aside from that, I love the material of the belt. I definitely reccomend it for others to purchase. UPDATE: I had originally payed for 1 day shipping but when I got the wrong size customer service told me they would send me a new one the correct size but that it would take 10-25 business days to arrive. I told them that wouldn't work for me so they said they would send me a refund and to just reorder the belt through amazon so I can get my 1 day shipping again. New belt came in a size smaller like I asked. I was able to clip it onto the first setting but halfway through the gym it already felt like it could be tightened even more. I was able to clip it onto the final setting 20 minutes after putting it on which shouldn't be a thing because it had just came in and would only fit in the first setting when I had originally tried it on. This belt stretches very quickly and doesn't do what it's suppose to do.

Wow this is great! I just had a surgery and this works so much better for compression than what the doctor gave me. Additionally, I have an old bulging disc injury that flares up from time to time. This has made it much more easy to get around and provides amazing support when my back acts up. Really fantastic. Will probably order another so I can have one to wear while one is in the wash. I find it very comfortable. Easy to sleep in. Should’ve bought on of these a long time ago. I have yet to workout in this trainer. Not sure how comfortable this would be for workouts. I’ll update once my back is better and I’m back in the gym.

Way, way too small for an Aussie man. I’m a small woman and it didn’t fit me either

The product was as described and I fitted into it well. It has 3 stages so each time your waste shrink you clip into the 2nd row or 3rd row of clips. It all went well and I was on the 2nd row of clips and my waste was shrinking until I started to get a discomforting pain from the metal strips on the left and right hand side which started to dig into my left/right rib and in the left/right lower abdominal area (The metal strips are sewed into the product keeping the product upright) I was left with marks in those areas and I have not been using it for the last 2 months and the marks remain. It as good whilst it lasted. Shame for those metal strips.
