I have been using this product for more than a week & these is my review, other than convenience of sachet, the product is not up to mark. Here are few points & if manufacturer is reading than pl take note of it, - The company has not disclosed the composition of fiber. e.g. hydrolized guar gum is 16% & rest is two other i.e inulin and wheat dextrin. As an aware consumer I need to know the real over all composition. - Source of Inulin: Please mention the source of Inulin. After drinking the fiber it tastes like acacia gum dissolved in water (the cheapest sources of inulin). Most of the reputed brand uses inulin extracted chicory root which tastes good and is of higher quality - % of wheat Dextrin?? I have tried few other soluble fiber in past. In the same price band my preference is Amway Nurilite fiber. At least they have clearly mentioned each type of fiber is 33.33% in total and are not hiding anything. I really miss Benefiber which is discontinued in India but was the best one. Note to manufacturer: I appreciate your efforts to make soluble fiber products in India, but follow the international practices of governance, i.e. honesty and transparency in disclosing the information needed by consumer to make right decisions. Quality of raw ingredients to final product matters. Profit will follow. I purchased 2 packets considering it contains same ingredients as of Amway and an Indian substitute & regret my decision.

Steadfast Nutrition Tri Fibre has a fine, smooth texture and mixes easily in water or juice. It fits well into a daily routine and feels simple to take without any strong taste. The overall experience was comfortable and convenient for regular use.

Horrible texture doesn't mix in to water it just clumps together. Don't buy this item it is not worth it.
