If you are looking to take a more absorbable form of magnesium, this could be the one for you. This Magnesium Glycinate has twice the strength (500 mg) of the pills I got from Costco of the same type (240 mg), and have 60 more pills per bottle. I rated this a 4 because I'm a little confused when looking on the back at supplement facts. It's got magnesium (as magnesium glycinate)-90 mg and then right below that it lists magnesium glycinate-500 mg, so not sure why it is listed twice, unless it is from different sources, which are not shown. It is a medium sized white capsule, which is easy to swallow, has no smell or after taste, and I like that it is made here in the USA, is third party lab tested, and is free of: gluten, wheat, soy, dairy, eggs, fish/shellfish, peanuts, and tree nuts, and is GMO free. It is also (at about $18 per bottle) less expensive than at Costco, which has less capsules with half the strength of this brand. I've used this for over 3 weeks and have not noticed any ill effects, so it seems to be working well. I would definitely purchase this again.

These are a good choice. From the looks and packaging even looks like this company knows what they're doing. They've got multiple formulations of magnesium and very sophisticated. I'm impressed. To soon to see a difference in brands yet. But will come back and edit my review.

The magnesium i was using wasn't as good as this type. This helps with sleep.i take it at night

Excellent product. Magnesium Glycinate is a readily bioavailable absorption form. I've had consistent success with Naturebell supplements, this one no different. I've found Naturebell to be a reliable product, stands up well in independent lab analysis sources I refer to. That's all you can ask for, a reliable product at an excellent price point... Of course, Magnesium is a mineral many active people find supplementing to be of benefit. I'm convinced.
