I've been taking these for about a month now, and I'm not sure if there's been any difference in my skin and hair yet. I do notice my skin has had much less acne flare ups however rice started using a new skin care regimen so I'm not sure if ita a combination of both. My nails have been growing much much more quickly though. The taste, while not overwhelming is something that you'll need to get accustomed to.
