I can't imagine this being any better than it is.
This is really nice. I've never used straps like this before because it never occurred to me that it would be much more useful than just stretching by, like, grabbing my foot with my hand. But I got curious, so I ordered it. And then in between the time when I ordered it and it arrived, I had the worst night time leg cramp of my life, and was in horrible pain for several days after that, so it really came at the perfect time. So the first question is: are stretching straps worth it? And I would say yes. If you were like me, in the "I can stretch my quads by grabbing my foot" camp, this does way more than just make it easier to reach traditional stretch positions. For one, now I can stretch my quads and do a tricep curl at the same time. There are also a number of stretches in the standard stretching strap repertoire that I didn't even think of that can't as easily be done by grabbing or applying body weight. And it is different from stretchy resistance bands so if you think you can substitute one for the other, you really can't for a lot of these moves. And it absolutely helped with my leg cramp recovery. And the second question is: Is this the strap you should choose? So I haven't tried other straps, but this one is well made, really sturdy, no worry about build quality. And there are some quality of life features which may or may not be common, I don't know, but they seem nice. The straps are labeled so if you are trying to make sure you are doing it the same way you've done before, or if you are trying to track improvements, you can use that. There's also the "padded handle" which means the loops at the end have a layer of foam in them. I'm not as sold on that, but I had worries it might break down or shed, and that hasn't happened. The quality on those seem as good as the quality elsewhere. I can't imagine a strap being better than this one.

Fantastic for Physical Therapy Exercises/Stretching!
I received this to help physical therapy for a pectoral tear (similar to a shoulder surgery). I have found by using this over the past few weeks. It has helped me regain motion and I feel at his greatly benefited me in the rehabilitation back to full mobility. This was one of the items they had me using in the rehab clinic. However to be able to continue to us this at home with my home PT exercises was a game changer in a great way. When I began using it I had a lower range of motion, but the item having multi hoops for me to hold, I was able to use it at the beginning and then continue to use by changing the which loops I was holding. The multiple loops allow stretching the muscle to regain flexibility and multiple stages of the process to regain the motion I am hoping for. Although I did not use this for yoga, but suspect it would be useful. I have done yoga in the past (plan to again in the future) and will likely use it then as well. Overall I believe this can assist people who are looking for great flexibility and I'm glad have been able to use it when for my physical therapy. I suspect I will continue to use this for years to come. The quality is the same as at the PT center I go to, which I think is great and that gives me confidence that it will be used for years to come as my will not see as much action as a PT center with hundreds of people going through each day. Lastly, I believe those who need or want this type of stretching stap will be very pleased and happy with this purchase.

Functional, well-made Yoga Strap
I am not into Yoga, but I ordered this because I wanted to use it for stretching. I specifically like doing a breathing exercise where you use a Yoga Strap to feel your ribs expanding in your back on your inhale. I am really happy with this strap. It is good quality and I'm able to use it for everything I wanted to when I ordered it. I also do some leg extensions for lengthening fascia and it works perfectly, allowing me to do the move without working too hard in my quads. Someone with more Yoga experience might have more to comment on about it, but if you're like me and you're a real beginner, and you're looking for a good first Yoga Strap, I would highly recommend it! I don't see why an experienced Yogi wouldn't want it either. It is good quality, and absolutely worth the price.

Only 68"?
Nice looped strap. Stitching looks good. The padded handles are a nice touch. The padding is just thin neoprene or similar material, but it makes a difference when it come to feel. It feels good on the hands. The trade-off is I feel the padding can absorb a little sweat from feet and such when using the end loops. Other than that, I measured my strap to be only 68", which is a few inches short of the claimed 71".

Good, wide stretching strap
This stretching strap is sturdy, and I don't feel like there's any chance of it breaking during normal use. Since it's nice and wide, it doesn't dig in and hurt. The larger loops at each end are slightly rubberized so they won't easily slip off while adjusting or getting the strap in place. The 6 smaller loops in the middle have thick stitching forming the loops with the strap. This is the weakest point on a stretching strap and the biggest reason why I trust the long term durability. The loops are numbered, which seems unnecessary, but might save a second or two in setting up for a stretch where you know which loop is the right loop for a given stretch. At 6 feet long this strap is long enough to do almost any stretch for most people. For people who don't have a lot of flexibility, some of the stretches that are normally done with the strap doubled up will need slight modifications by making good use of the loops.

At £20.00 minus a penny, this is abusive pricing for a poorly made piece of equipment that is nothing short of a nylon strap with two bits of plastic attached at each end. The hand grip is nothing short of a toilet roll holder and is in fact too small. The nylon strap is the kind of thing you find on the cheapest of suitcases. The clasp is also very cheap and tacky. For this kind of money and for something so simple in design, one expects a product of some quality that is built to last. Absolute rip-off, the sellers should be ashamed of themselves.

As a runner, I know just how critical proper stretching is - not only for performance but also for injury prevention and recovery. The Artan Balance Stretching Strap has become a key part of my daily routine, and it genuinely helps me stretch beyond my natural limits in a safe, controlled way. The 8-loop design allows for customised support depending on the stretch I’m doing. It’s particularly helpful after a long run when my hamstrings and calves are tight. I can gradually deepen the stretch without overextending or risking injury. Whether you’re a beginner looking to improve flexibility or an experienced athlete needing a more intense stretch, this strap meets you where you are. It’s made from durable yet comfortable material, so it doesn’t dig into your hands or feet even during longer sessions. It also rolls up easily and fits in my gym bag, making it a great on-the-go tool. Pros: • Excellent for runners and athletes aiming to deepen flexibility • 8-loop design provides great control and adjustability • Comfortable and durable material • Compact and portable for gym or home use Cons: • None so far - it’s well-made and performs exactly as expected If you’re looking to add an effective, no-fuss stretching tool to your routine, I highly recommend this strap. It’s made a real difference in how I warm up and recover.

I'll be honest, I'm sorry to say as someone who attends regular classes to work on flexibility that this strap isn't the best stretching aid I've come across It's simple design means you can secure one leg in one side and pull the other to create leverage. The tape then slides through the hole giving you the stretch. I love the main strap is adjustable but ilthe over the door part is lacking and the metal part, unless you own an attachabke door anchor (the fiam roll things) like I do, it will end up damaging the door where the tension on the metal pulls For me I found most positions didn't offer enough height in the stretch, I'm 5ft 7 and still a long way from the splits. It's not bad, but it doesn't do anything. A resistance bad can't do, aside hook over the door. This just isn't for me, sorry

Nice looking and feels like good quality. The colour of the strap is nice but I think the strap could do with being a little thicker as it creases while holding it. The pads in the straps are comfortable but after long term use I am not sure how long they will last, but at the outset they are good and protect hands and ankles from the strap. No set up needed and can use straight from the box. The door anchor is quite small so if there is a gap at the top of the door the anchor may well come through. Also make sure your door latches otherwise pulling on the strap will lead to the door opening and you crashing down on the floor!
