I bought it to replace the vanilla flavored Ensure max 20 g prescribed to me after coming out of the hospital. I very much like the malt taste that it has. Unfortunately even if the Enlive vanilla one is suppose,to be the same formula, the taste is different with almost a fruity after taste. It’s not terrible but definitely not the same. Too bad.
