This product really helps. I use it either before, during or after a meal / snack. It works fast and does a great job settling my stomach. It's all natural so you don't need to worry about heavy chemicals. The taste is very much like apple cider which is why it's important to dilute in a glass of water; when you do this it makes the taste much more palatable. I highly recommend.

It really hasn't helped with my reflux problem but it has helped with my constant clearing my throat problem. The taste is not too bad, I'm not a big fan of cider vinegar but the other ingredients offset it enough that I can tolerate straight out of the bottle

I had been taking Omeprazole for several years due to horrible GERD. My labs on kidney function ocer a 5 year time of watching them by my primary care doc saw a steady decline in kidney function. To the point of sending me to a Nephrologist. Who immediately said stop taking the Omeprazole because it damages kidneys. Since then has been a daily hell. Everything caused GERD to kick in and it was almost daily. Nothing helped except the one thing I couldn't take. Until this!! I happened to run across this on Amazon on accident. I wasn't looking for it. When it said Amish I knew it warranted checking out. Before bed last night the acid was bubbling up in my throat as usual. I grabbed the bottle. Opened then smelled it. Got scared 😱 LOL It smells rough!! I put a tablespoon in some plain water and got a straw. Thinking slam it with a straw and hopefully not taste it. Well I did taste it. It was not good. Not horrible. Just not good. What was WONDERFUL was thaf it took me about 15 minutes to get everything settled before making it to the bed. ALL symptoms were Gone. To say I was shocked would be an understatement. Not only was it gone, it stayed gone all night. Not once did I wake up wanting to throw up like I normally had been doing from the acid almost nightly. Fast forward to late afternoon today. I ate something spicy. Yhe acid started building up. This time I mixed a tablespoon with some very weak grape flavored water. It was good this time! I love pickled beets. This had a slight flavor of the pickled beets. No straw used either. Acid gone within minutes and still gone. Buy this if you suffer from reflux or frequent heartburn. This stores in the fridge after opening. Stop taking meds that cause kidney failure.

Buyer beware. The photo makes this appear as if it's in a glass bottle but it is not and you can't return it. An expensive mistake.
