Been using it for a while in a reg cab pickup. I get the tube stuck on the window with ice inside the mighty kool. Works ok with water too. With a portable generator I can take a nap in my vehicle with this. Works better parked under shade or a tree. Doesn’t use a lot of power on my ecoflow. I place on dash with a towel under neath as there is condensation during operation from the ice. It can scratch your dash too I’d use a towel regardless or a t shirt.

This is not an air conditioner and the seller contacted me to make sure I knew this and even asked specifically what I was gonna use it for to make sure I had no false hopes for what it can do. I travel all over the country and got a chance to use it in humid and dry heat. In dry heat it works the best and easily put out 20 degree + lower temperature and made sleeping in car a lot better than just my tornado fan. In humid heat it would put out 5 degree + lower temperature but would have to be closer to vents to feel it. Really works better with air inlet hose attached and exposed to outside air source and keeping windows open/ cracked so the air can move in/out. If your own the fence contact seller and he will be completely honest with you about what it can and can't do. Also never drained car battery down to were it couldn't start running it up to 8 hr on high

I have bought so many stuff for different reasons and not one would call and double check, especially something like this.To get to the filter, to replace it. I bought this to keep my dog in the car while I run errands. I had only used it a few times before the weather changed, but I hooked it up to a battery so it wouldn't run out of power.

Works as expected. Blows cool air. Plenty of output. Compact size. Will not disappoint.

This is a great little unit, uses very little power. I use it in my truck camper and when I overland in my shell.

I use this to help cool the bedroom area. It is awesome for spot cooling, and can just blow that nice cool air onto you as you sleep.
