These things save my life! My cycle normally hits me hard the first 3 days. Soon as you tear the seal, it starts to get hot and it a nice comfortable heat(I sweat a little from the heat but it’s not a big deal for me). I can function without much pain from my menstrual better wearing these and I can pretty much wear them all day. Love these! Gonna keep buying them!

My daughter has severe cramps. These have worked great for my daughter. She also likes that she can wear it without anyone knowing If she wears it to school. This might improve her attendance!

These really do work. The heat is gentle but effective, the glue sticks very well to fabric (I put it on the outside of my underwear), and it really does seem to last for hours. It's really helped me to get through some awful period days at work. I will absolutely be repurchasing these when I start to run low. Due to the cost, however, I only use them on the worst days of my cycle.

These patches work surprisingly well/quickly. Every time they have been used, the heat stayed consistent for about 6 hours, then slowly went down in temp. Depending on your pain tolerance, it may be a little too hot. For me, it’s just what I need for pain relief. Great value for the money compared to the midol patches.

Usually I use the heat patches in this red packaging from CVS, but these are more economical and get the job done! Super convenient when working.

Does get extremely hot so he cautious about putting over clothing

I usually don't write reviews. I save them for the great things I find. THIS IS A GREAT FIND!!! I can't say enough about these heat pads. I'm using them in conjunction with a back brace to provide heat relief to my lumbar pre surgery. All but one pad has lasted for 8+ hours each. Some have lasted 10+ hours. The longest lasting one went for 14 hours. These pads are a blessing. The heat provides constant warmth without needing an electric heat pad. I have some mobility back as I wait for anterior lumbar fusion. I LOVE THESE !

I’m giving this a 4 star just bc after a while the sticky part of the patches start to not be sticky enough. However, these patches do heat up pretty well! Really impressive.

BEST for traveling!!! Used for menstrual cramps and I have deep endometriosis so was worried it wouldn’t be warm enough. I traveled where there was no microwave to heat up my heating pad so tried these and they were warm enough ALL night (only way I can function/sleep is heat :)). I also followed instructions and had it on the outside of my underwear (not directly on skin) and still worked so well.

Really helped within half an hour, soothed my stomach cramps and helped me get to sleep, much better than a water bottle. It stays hot for hours and hours, only used two for abdominal and back pain and it’s really helped. Just peel and stick over thin layer of clothing and you’re good to go. Really good for the price if you suffer with bad cramps.
