I enjoy painting my own nail, I enjoy the act of painting them I find it relaxing, I always paint them myself with standard nail varnish. Over the years I have used many colours and many brands, Essie being a brand than I have used many times, it is pricier than some but the quality and ease of application shines through. I choose to use an Essie top and base coat always regardless of the polish I have used. My favourite nail colours are the brighter summer colours this white colour is perfect for summer but as it is mid-February I don’t think I’m able to perform a full wear test on it. I am pretty confident that with the base and top coat it will last the full week as my experience with Essie polishes has taught me. I’ve tried out the colour for the day. Application was easy and mess free, the smell wasn’t too unpleasant, the standard Essie smell. Dried really quickly between coats. The lighter colours can be problematic and patchy but gave good coverage at 2 coats. White nail polish can look really flat and Tipp-Ex like but this polish is different it has really tiny particles of shimmer suspended in it which gives it a really nice sheen. It’s not pure white, has a slight pinkish sheen to it. On its own it doesn’t have much shine; I tend to always use a shiny top coat so that isn’t a problem.

I have found that Essie, a well-known brand of nail polish, is always on trend. I think it is used professionally in salons, but is also popular when used at home. It is recently become more popular because it is vegan. I have many pots of varnish from this brand and they really do stand the test of time. The polish lasts for a very long time in the pot. It doesn’t tend to clump or get thicker over time. There is 13.5ml in this bottle so that is a good amount for the price. This colour is called 'fiercely faceted'. It is more transparent colour, with a peach/ pink glitter. One coat gives just a shimmer, and I used three coats for a more solid look. I expect it will last longer, as nail polish with a bit of glitter seems to last longer. This colour would be great for a summer holiday, or the warmer months of the year. It glides on smoothly with the brush. It also has a small ball bearing in the pot to help with mixing when shaking the pot. This colour takes a little longer to dry than other solid colures I have tried in the past from Essie. Overall, a great price for this quality and amount.

This white nail polish by essie is nice enough. Good for tips when doing a french tip, but for full nail coverage its a bit hit and miss. A few coats are needed for full coverage but the staying power, as with many DIY nail polishes just isnt there and i find it chips quickly. It dries relatively quickly and the colour is nice just wish they were more durable

I got this for my partner. A little tricky to say lots about this but the colour is really nice, an off white. Easy to apply and nice thick consistency. Fairly large bottle too. The price is relatively average for a good nail varnish these days and on amazon the price akin to what Essie nail varnishes retail at in boots or superdrug. It does take a while to dry if you do a couple of coats/a thicker coat but no longer than other nail varnishes. Overall, she's really happy with this.

I ordered the Essie Nail Polish 990 "Stay Fluid" for my wife as she’s adding to her nail polish and gel collection, and she absolutely loves it! The color is vibrant, and the high shine finish gives her nails a beautiful, glossy look. It offers great coverage with just a couple of coats, and the 13.5ml bottle size is perfect for lasting use. She’s very happy with the quality, and Essie continues to be one of her favorite brands!

This is a nail varnish by Essie in the shade ‘990 Modern White’, which arrives as just the bottle in the Amazon exterior packaging. Personally, I’m not keen on this. In the bottle, it looked as though it was an extremely pale beige, but it was white upon application. The first coat (no undercoat) was very patchy, showed up every flaw in the nail, and took an age to dry, still feeling tacky to the touch some 20 minutes after application. Eventually, it dried to an almost chalk-like dull finish, and it was uneven with my own nail colour showing through. A second coat did improve things slightly, but it felt as though the second coat was moving the first coat around. A third coat was too much and it left almost a clumpy finish. The situation did improve with a clear base coat and top coat, but it chipped easily, and it was difficult to remove cleanly. If you're looking for a white for just a night out, and you have the time to apply it, this could be the one for you, and it's worth a try at this price.

Nice and smooth polish that goes on evenly with a lovely finish. Seems to last a long time as well. Daughter couldn't be more pleased with it :)

Ein sehr schöner Sommerlack für die Nägel.

J’ai testé ce vernis blanc et je dois dire que la couleur est vraiment réussie : un blanc lumineux, élégant, parfait pour une finition propre ou une french manucure. L’application est facile, le pinceau est précis, et le rendu est très joli dès la première couche. En revanche, la tenue laisse à désirer : il a tendance à s’écailler assez vite, surtout si on l’applique trop tôt avant une activité ou sans top coat. Je recommande de le poser vraiment en dernière étape, au calme, et si possible avec une bonne couche de protection. 💅 Idéal pour une soirée ou une occasion spéciale, mais pas forcément pour une tenue longue durée.

Dieses Produkt habe ich im Rahmen des Amazon-Vine-Programms kostenlos erhalten, was keinerlei Einfluss auf meine ehrliche Bewertung hat. Ich mochte Essie schon immer. Die Lack-Farben sind immer on top, große Auswahl und recht gute Preisgestaltung. Mittlerweile nutze ich zwar fast immer UV-Lacke auf Press-Ons, aber manchmal habe ich auch Lust auf die "KIassiker". Ich habe mir die Nr. 990 - ein ganz leicht abgetöntes Weiß - bestellt. Geliefert wird die Flasche mit 13,5 ml Inhalt ohne unnötigen Verpackungs-Firlefanz, sicher und heil. Also ran an den Test: Der Lack wurde sowohl auf künstlichen Tips als auch auf Naturnägeln getestet. Er hat eine etwas dickere Konsistenz, die nicht in die Ränder der Nägel fließt. Der Pinsel nimmt den Lack gut auf und eignet sich dafür, den Lack bis nah an den Rand auf den Nagel aufzubringen. Leider 😢👎😢 ist es mir sehr schwer gefallen (einer guten Freundin ebenso) die Schichten ohne Streifen aufzubringen. Oftmals gibt es ja gerade bei weißen Lacken das Problem, dass sie nicht decken, das ist hier nicht so, insoweit klasse! Die Pigmentierung ist sehr gut, 2 Schichten reichen. Ich habe bei meinem hier dokumentierten Test aber nun 3 Schichten aufgetragen, immer in der Hoffnung, dass die Streifen sich verbessern lassen, aber der Lack zieht sich nicht so gut glatt. Auch das kurze feine Anfeilen der 2. Schicht nach dem Trocknen brachte keinen Erfolg, die 3. Schicht sah wieder genauso aus... - siehe gerne meine Fotos - Ich war schon versucht, die Konsistenz durch etwas Nagellackentferner zu verdünnen, was dann jedoch wieder zu Lasten der Farbstärke ginge... ℹ️ Ich empfehle einen hochglänzenden TopCoat als Schutz, dann fallen die Streifen auch nicht mehr so auf. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich aber die hohe Pigmentierung - wie schon gesagt - und auch die Tatsache, dass der Nagellack sehr gut trocknet, je Schicht braucht es ca. nur 1 Minute - sehr gut 👍👍 Außerdem war auch die Haltbarkeit recht gut, auf den Tips (erwartbar) besser als auf den Naturnägeln: 10 Tage auf den Tips und 6 Tage auf den Naturnägeln, bevor an den Nagelspitzen die Farbe anfing, abzublättern. Die Inhaltsstoffe des Produkts gibt Essie auf der Produktseite an. Das ist heutzutage nicht mehr selbstverständlich, es gefällt mir, dass Essie das macht 👏👏👏 Aktuell kostet dieser Lack von Essie € 8,94 statt € 9,99 - das finde ich nachvollziehbar. Immerhin erhält man hier 13,5 ml und das von einer etablierten Marke. Ich gebe Essie sehr gerne 4 Sterne ⭐⭐⭐⭐ und freue mich, wenn ich mit meiner Bewertung helfen konnte.

Ein schöner weißer Nagellack der gut hält und dabei schön ausschaut. Leider ist er etwas teuer und meine Nägel werden oft trocken danach. Aber ab und an Essie passt schon. Gute Marke.
