Loved the pure matcha and didn’t like the vanilla flavour. I found a big difference between the original one which is great, fresh, tasty, and bright green color and the vanilla matcha which is dull, weird flavour, doesn’t taste like match. Im happy I tried the pure one first, otherwise I wouldn’t give the pure a chance after the vanilla one, i personally disliked.

This is my second matcha I’ve ever tried and I have to say it’s pretty good second matcha. It was tasty, vibrant, non-dull green color. Easy to work with and maneuver with my milk of choice and frothing tool. Pretty good, would buy again! But

No need to try others, this is my Matcha. It has a very deep green tea taste, with a little wisk it froths very nicely.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This matcha got me into a daily matcha habit. It’s a solid choice. Note I got the unflavored. It’s the only one I tried. I add sweetness by mixing brown sugar or maple syrup in hot water then add. I add almond milk and ice cream. Gives me energy in the morning. This a great choice.

Very weak flavor. Do not buy if you want to make lattes- you won’t taste the matcha. Would give 2 stars because it’s not actively disgusting but I added one star because it is affordable.

Great product but too expensive for the amount you get ...

After hearing about this brand constantly from a youtuber, I figured I would give it a shot. My wife and I love Matcha and if one could actually live up to the no bitter or grassy hype then sure. I will give it to them, this is a smooth Matcha, but the grassy flavor was honestly even MORE overpowering than some other brands we have tried. I simply cannot justify the price tag for some mediocre Matcha at best. Your experience may be different, but be warned of going into this with confirmation bias due to the "hype." We will stick with other "premium" brands for a lower cost (probably due to less advertising) for less of that green lawn taste, and be ok with a slight bitterness. It was worth a shot.
