I gave 4 stars because it does a GREAT JOB in tumbler media. It does a HORRIBLE JOB as a gun metal polish. I spent over an hour trying to remove the haze left behind by this polish. I ended up using my wife's jewelry polish to remove the haze.

I use this for cleaning my stainless steel firearms. It cleans really well and puts a nice shiny protective coating on that lasts.

Does exactly as listed. Every Lucas product I have ever used does exactly what they say it will do. Their gun products are the same. I use all of the Lucas gun products and everything is great. Lucas is one of the few companies that produce products that actually live up to the description in the ad. I have used this on blued and nickel firearms and it produces great results. Buy with confidence that it is going to do the job.

A great media additive for dry tumbling. I use this with my walnut media and tumble for 1 hour and they come out clean and shiny. I can highly recommend this if you are dry tumbling.

Wow this stuff outperforms the Eastwood metal wash I use in my tumblers for cleaning and polishing old nuts and bolts for restoration projects.

This stuff is excellent and it's a shame it's not freely available in the UK. I used this along with a tumbler for tumble metal. It makes old metal screws and posts look like new.
