My go-to brand for gels I use when running more than 4 miles! This flavor is fun and festive. Consistency is a little thicker than other brands, but I find they work well!

For long distance running I always use GU. Very few things work for my GI but GU does the trick. Only sad part, I have to wait once a year for pumpkin 🎃 grrrr. This is my 2nd year of ordering a good supply of pumpkin flavor. I am already almost out so until next year…
