My childhood dreams have finally become a reality! I always wanted a "spy pen" so that I could leave it and record an evil villain's master plan, or record someone breaking into a museum for their next heist. Well, I didn't grow up to be a spy, but this pen helped me get a taste of that life by recording key events in my office anytime I want to remember something or jot down a note. It records quality video and sound. The battery life is great. I figured I would maybe get a couple of minutes out of it, but it has a good battery and really good storage capacity, so that you can record for quite a while. Having the motion detection feature to record when something happens is super handy. Its security is something I found vital when deciding on which pen to buy. Who wants to buy a pen if anyone can just pick it up and view the recordings on it? This product makes sure that your recordings stay YOUR recordings! Overall, a great buy, and a really cool gadget that I'm happy I bought.

I barely had the pen for a month, and it worked great the first time I used it. After the first time using it, it stopped working. I tried to find the reset button and there is not one. I tried to find information online to help and there is nothing out there to help with the pen I received. The LED lights stopped working, the SD card would not store videos longer than 10 seconds or pictures. Not worth the money at all! Very disappointed!

This thing is so easy to use. I love that it comes with a memory card already, as well as multiple refills for the ink. It is very hard to tell that there’s a hidden camera. I like the weight of the pen. The actual ball point recedes just a little bit too far when I’m writing, but I also have a habit of putting so much pressure on the paper when I’m writing, that you’d think I was trying to engrave the table under it. The picture and sound quality really surprised me. The mic pics up sound better than I thought possible for something like this. I’m surprised this isn’t more expensive, because it works. All in all. Worth the money.

Bought this for work due to an extremely toxic workplace. I miss a lot of things because the directions aren't clear. I don't know if I'm supposed to hit the button every time or if it does it automatically to record. But it takes great video. I'm just going to have to play with it on my off time to figure the rest out.

This nifty gadget lets me secretly record her folding laundry, sighing a lot, and asking me why I “need another pen in the shower.” So far, zero signs of cheating, but I did catch myself talking to the dog about my “trust issues.” Video quality is sharp enough to clearly capture her confused face when I ask who she was texting at 8:47 p.m. (“my mom”), and the audio picks up the sound of my self-sabotage in real time. I was a little disappointed because in order to use the pen I had to really push the cartridge in, and the video is a little grainy, it says it 1080, don't think I will purchase this again.

I have 3 spy cams . A clock , a car key and this pen . I would put this on par with the key fob . It's very discreet . The lens is easier to see on the pen than the key . But the pen also only has one button , vs the 3 buttons on the key . I like the simplicity of just one button to stop and start recordings . So if ultimate discreetness counts , get the key fob . If you want simple operation and a good pen to use as well . This is the one stop solution . The pen works . Vs the key fob , which is fake.
