I’ve only used a few times so I don’t know if it actually works. I didn’t realize that the oil would be super thick and sticky which makes it kind of difficult to really rub it into your hair good. I leave it in for an hour or so and it wash’s out great.

Great tip for getting it onto the scalp, so I have refilled the bottle with castor oil mixes that I create.

I have been rubbing a little bit of this oil on my edges and my edges are growing..i haven’t been doing it for long maybe 4 weeks and about twice a week. So it’s the rubbing or the oil or a combination of both but i am believer in this oil! My husband used some in his beard and was pleasantly surprised! A little bit goes a long way…this will definitely become a staple product in my home.

This is a bottle of castor oil that someone once whispered the word “rosemary” into. It smells and feels like castor oil only; maybe a faint hint of rosemary but it’s not the predominant smell at all (as it is with other brands).

I purchased this castor oil (with rosemary and peppermint) to include in a custom scalp oil blend. I mix it with jojoba, pumpkin seed, and onion oil in a dropper bottle and apply the combination two to three times per week. This is the thickest oil in my mixture, so I use a smaller ratio to keep the consistency manageable. On its own, it’s quite dense and would feel heavy, but when blended properly it spreads evenly and rinses out well. I appreciate that rosemary and peppermint are already included, which simplifies the routine. After about a month of consistent use, my hair feels stronger and less brittle when brushing. It’s not an overnight solution, but as part of a regular routine, it supports overall scalp moisture and manageability. The bottle arrived well sealed, and the scent is noticeable but not overpowering. Overall, this works well when balanced with lighter oils and used consistently.

I like this product. Just knowing that it is not filled with parabens & other harmful ingredients is a bonus.

This stuff is THICK. Like had to wash my hair 3 times (and once with a clarifying shampoo) just to get the feeling out of my hair and scalp. Very happy I only rubbed it on my scalp because it was a minimal amount to wash. It also doesn’t have the greatest smell but that’s to be expected from castor oil. I could see why other people said they had to thin it out.
