Since starting a GLP-1, I've had some issues with being regular. I've been chewing one of these chews daily and I feel so much better. They work! No cramping, great taste and one small chew daily. I have used Miralax powder for years, but since I'm going on an international trip I figured the chews would be easier to carry. I have only used once, and the chews worked a day later, so that may be fast acting, but I thought it would be quicker. The chews are soft as described and they taste ok. They are a fruity flavor. Overall, I think they're good for when you're on the go and can't use the powder.
