Bonide (BND141) - Sulfur Plant Fungicide, Organically Controls Rust, Leaf Spot and Powdery Mildew (1 lb.), Ready-to-Use

Not a cure all, but definitely helps control the problem I had with leaf spot. The nice thing about sulfur is it's probably one of the safest products to use. Sulfur also easily rinses off any fruit you are preparing to eat. I was fighting this disease on my fig tree. The plant was amazingly healthy until hit with this issue. I think I may do a preventive maintenance spray. Hit the bottom of the leaves, the rain won't take it off so easily.

I heard about this product from my daughter. I was having problems with some of my houseplants kinda looking crappy so I thought I would try it. I sprayed and bam...new growth everywhere! I have plants that are fixing to bloom that have never bloomed before. I have plants that were sitting and doing absolutely nothing, and now they have new growth coming out! This is awesome for flat mites, thrips, and lots of other fungal and rust problems. I had a succulent that was dying from something, I don't even know what for sure, but maybe root rot. So I repotted it and sprayed it and now she's back to life! It's truly a game changer for plants!! The only downside for me is that I live in a fairly small apartment and it's kind of messy, but I sprayed in the bathtub which is easy to clean up afterwards. And you have to shake it a lot because it settles to the bottom of the spray bottle. But it was definitely worth it. I've seen reviews about the smell, but it's really not that bad, just keep your windows open and make sure you wash your hands and wear gloves. It made my skin a little bit itchy but if I washed my hands straight afterwards, then it didn't.

Good quality and quantity

With the cold wet spring, we had in New England this year, fungal issues were quickly getting out of hand in my yard and gardens. I bought this to use to help combat some of these problems. I have done two applications and it has seemed to help.

I don't know if the product works because i couldnt get past the amount in the bottle and the size of the bottle. I feel like i was robbed, not sure why this product is in an extra tall bottle (approx:11 x 3x 2 1/4) for the amount of sulfur that is in it. It is not even half full, and even if say the product settled in shipment, how could it setlle to 1/3 of the bottle. If you going by weight, why use such a big bottle, even if the product works the bottle size is deceptive you think you are getting more than what you actually received, feels like i am paying more and getting less. My advice would be to change the bottle to match the amount of content people are actually receiving and make it known somewhere in the description and not small lettering on the bottle. makes me wonder does this product actually work with all the deception with the bottle size. I am not returning it, but it makes me question the things i purchase from amazon as they never tend to match the picture of item being shown.

Have not had any loss of my cuttings since I started using this. I simply make a cut with a sharp knife, powder with this (along with Hormodin 3 if trying to root), and the plant is healthy and callused in a short time. Cost effective after first purchase, easy to use (just pour onto plate and plop in the fresh cut). Have not had issues using! Worked effectively on the discoloration for my grafts (effective spray method via paint brush tap). For aesthetic purposes, don’t use when wearing white clothes because the yellow powder stained my shirt.

I’ve never worked with sulfur before but I was in a panic when one of my favorite cacti's got severe root rot! I’ve dealt with rot before and been okay if it was caught early. This was not caught that early! :( I cut off the rot, let it callous and quickly headed to Amazon for some sulfur!! I know there’s a point of no return, but I think this is what made the difference! It’s very easy to use, all organic and so far very effective on plants. I was surprised at all of its other uses too! Great product, wonderful purchase and so glad to have plenty left for future plant rescues/fixes. Slightly smelly (like you’d expect sulfur to be).
