Tasty but watery consistency
Nice tasting sauces, especially the garlic one, however I feel these sauces would seriously benefit from a little more viscosity as they are a little watery and runny for my liking, I prefer a thicker sauce that coats whatever you put it on, this will just run off, I ended up mixing them with a garlic mayonnaise to get a nice thick and spicy mayo.
