I’ve been using this robotic vacuum cleaner for few months now, and I couldn’t be happier. It’s efficient, quiet, and surprisingly smart. It effortlessly navigates around furniture, avoids stairs, and gets into hard-to-reach corners that I used to ignore with a traditional vacuum. What really impressed me is how well it picks up pet hair and dust — the floors feel noticeably cleaner. The scheduling feature is super convenient too; I just set it to clean while I’m out, and I come home to spotless floors every time. The app is easy to use, and the battery life is impressive. It also returns to its dock automatically when it’s done or low on power, which is a nice touch. Overall, it’s saved me so much time and effort. Highly recommended for anyone looking to keep their home clean without lifting a finger!

An excellent robot vac and mop. It’s great at mapping the floor, can distinguish between carpet and tiles and has an AI cleaning mode or deep cleaning mode both work great. Infact it’s that good I bought another for upstairs. They are keeping my house clean with minimal interaction from me. Just empty the waste and fill up the clean water and you’re good to go!

We really loved the robot. It is efficient and works well. The app is convenient for scheduled cleaning and the ai mapping is pretty accurate. The only feedback would be the mopping pads take too long to dry and the we need to purchase a slightly expensive cleaning solution.

Very helpful as this machine takes care of our daily vacuuming and mopping. Save tons of your time. Also cleaning and maintenance is simple. So far so good in 6 months of using it.

I love my L10 Ultra robot. If I could, deserves 7 stars instead of 5. My life became easier by having it. It is great at carpet vacuuming and tiles mopping with advanced modes. Easy to setup and do an automatic mapping for any location or new setup with smart application. What I love most that notify you and guided for any required preparation or arrangement necessary maintaining its working at the maximum wonderful results. Equipped with camera and incase stuck while working, will be released very easy remotely wherever you will be by using the camera function and manual mood joystick to move it, which makes you enter gaming and challenging mood. Totally recommended and thank you for creating such robot!

I wish I have the option to give negative rating. It's not even 3 months and the device stopped working. Now the customer service wants me to visit the service center. Don't buy this company product. Pathetic device and Pathetic service.

Very happy with this robot vac, when purchasing a new vac was worried about any streaking effect on the tile floor during the mopping function but it does a great job. The self cleaning is a great feature. In the mine field of options this is a great machine

Guys it's insane, I have a cat and i never seen my floor this clean, no fur, no dust. It's totally worthy every penny. Even my fiance likes it 😅

Zeer tevreden. Installeren was zo gebeurd. De robot maakt een scan van de ruimte(s) waarna je direct kunt beginnen met stofzuigen. Hij kan goed tegen (lang) haar en maakt over het algemeen goed schoon. De dwijl kan echter niet omhoog, waardoor je hem bij een tapijt zal moeten verwijderen. Of een no go zone instellen voor het tapijt.

Ich nutze den Dreame D20 jetzt seit ein paar Wochen und bin wirklich begeistert. Das Gerät ist sehr flach und kommt problemlos unter Sofas und Betten – genau das, was ich gesucht habe. Die Saugleistung ist für seine Größe erstaunlich stark, selbst auf Teppichen bekommt er Tierhaare und Staub gut weg. Auch die Wischfunktion funktioniert zuverlässig: Der Wassertank reicht für eine mittelgroße Wohnung, und der Boden sieht danach wirklich sauber aus, nicht nur angefeuchtet. Besonders gut gefällt mir die intelligente Navigation – der Roboter fährt systematisch und findet immer wieder zurück zur Ladestation, ohne irgendwo hängen zu bleiben. Die App ist übersichtlich und bietet viele Einstellungsmöglichkeiten, etwa No-Go-Zonen oder gezielte Reinigungsbereiche. Die Lautstärke ist angenehm leise, sodass man ihn auch laufen lassen kann, während man zu Hause ist.
