Who knew paint could be this impressive? Certainly not me, until I met Zinsser Allcoat. Picture this: a sunny day, a sceptical homeowner, and a tin of paint that promised the world. As I opened the lid, I half-expected a choir of angels to start singing. Instead, I got something better - silence. The kind of silence that comes with effortless perfection. I applied it to the brickwork above my DPC, and watched in quiet amazement as it glided on smoother than butter on hot toast. One coat, and it was done. No fuss, no mess, just pure, unadulterated coverage. The speed at which it dried was almost comical. I swear I could hear it whisper, "Keep up, slowcoach," as I moved from one section to the next. Even the top layer in the tin seemed eager to get in on the action, starting to dry while I was still painting. Talk about enthusiasm! With just 1L, I managed to transform both the side and front of my bungalow. And get this - I still had some left over. It was like Mary Poppins' bag, but for paint. Zinsser Allcoat doesn't just cover your walls; it spoils them. It's the difference between a makeover and a transformation, between a job well done and a minor miracle. If walls could talk, mine would be saying 'thank you'. And I'd have to agree. Yes, it's a bit pricier than your average tin, but for the coverage, quality, and time saved? Bought this after trying another well made brand that was very disappointing. This paint went on like a dream and gave a perfect Matt finish to paint mock Tudor beams on the outside of the house. Would definitely recommend. Never used this brand before. The Dulux weathershield opaque finish was not what we expected

excellent outdoor paint . I used on two half barrel wooden tubs containing Bamboo - one coat of this paint covered the wood and rusty metal bands perfectly, I didn't do any preparation . Easy to apply, quick drying, not much odour. I have done the two half barrels with a good coat and still have almost a full tin from the litre tin I purchased. Highly recommend this product. Excellent seller, excellent value for money.

Purchased to paint a plastic bin store that had seen better days. Covered really well in one coat with only a couple of areas requiring a second coat. For the first couple of days it developed what appeared to be slight white marks in some areas overnight which was very noticeable on the black paint. However, I wiped down and each Tim and this stopped after a few days. Overall pleased with the end result

I never write reviews but I'm so pleased with this paint, I just had to! I painted a shabby garden bistro table and chairs and they look amazing! In the past, I've used lots of different paints which are specially for garden furniture and this was so much better. It's easy to use and the finish is great. An added bonus is that it can be used on many different surfaces. I used it to upcycle a picture frame which was a quick and easy transformation. You would not know that it's been painted. Next, I'll be using it to paint an IKEA kitchen step stool and bar stools. Can't recommend enough!

I have used this on my upvc windows and don’t need to prime or sand so saves so much time! Goes on well and dries fast, no smell and wash your brush with water. Has a matt effect which is modern. I have also used on an old wooden bench and it went on well but I did use a lot of product for that. I plan to paint a lot more with this product as it’s versatile and good value.

Used to paint upvc front door. Was originally white and painted it black gloss colour some 12 months ago which was just awful. Took 3 coats of paint only for a lightweight door wreath bashing against to mark it terribly. Then just coat of this and it has totally transformed. Took literally 40 mins to paint and an hour to dry. No smell at all and it went in like a dream. Wish interior paints were like this. Going to buy in another colour for garden shed. I cannot recommend this paint enough.

I can not recommend this paint more highly! It’s Amazing! I’ve used it on wood, ceramic, concrete, terracotta pots without prior sealing! Its coverage is outstanding, easy to use and clean brushes afterwards with soap and water! Fantastic product, will definitely be buying more ! 😃👍
