Excelente aspiradora! Puedes aspirar sin mojar nada (como con cualquier otra), pero el hecho de poder lavar a la par de aspirar ayuda bastante para situaciones donde ya la mancha está muy agarrada a la tela.

This product comes with an American/Canadian plug attached.....annoying as there is nothing in the blurb which states this. I have now had to purchase a converter and wait another week, for another delivery. Please can sellers give buyers important info like this up front where it can easily be seen.

I bought this cleaner on Amazon expecting it to work in Europe. At first, I thought I just received a defective unit because it would run for two minutes and then shut off, even tripping the breakers in my house. I requested a replacement, but the exact same thing happened again. After doing more research, I discovered that this product is built for the U.S. market only (110V / 60Hz). In Europe we use 220–240V, so to make it work here you need a step-down voltage transformer, which costs an additional €100–200. Without it, the machine simply cannot operate safely. I honestly don’t understand how this can be sold on a European marketplace without a clear warning. All the good reviews are from U.S. customers, but this product is not suitable for the European market. Very disappointing and misleading.
