Ok, if you are an Alani Nu girl, and love the canned drinks, then you will love these! I love that you can take them on the go or when traveling, and not have to worry about cans. You can add as much or as little water as you would like depending on your preference. When I drink the cans sometimes it can keep me up if I drink them too late in the day, but this Alani Nu Energy stick does not do that. I definitely get energy from it, but I don't feel hyped. The Pink Slush taste is super refreshing and I don't like to travel without them.

If I'm not drinking these, I'm drinking zero-calorie flavored water. Great value for the money! Stronger flavor than the canned drink and much cheaper. The size and amount in one packet is more than enough for my 40oz tumbler. After one set, I've started to use only 1/2 a packet per fill of my tumbler, and it is still flavorful, honestly, I could use maybe a 3rd or 1/4th of a packet! It smells great, and keeps my energy up all day long. I'm stocking up and look forward to trying more of the flavors.
