The product arrived broken and unusable as you can see in the image. Extremely poor packaging and zero quality control. This is unacceptable from Amazon, and I expect a refund/replacement immediately. Strongly dissatisfied. Rubbish product! The item was delivered in a damaged condition and is completely unusable. Very disappointed with the quality and packaging. I demand a full refund for this unacceptable experience. As a business profile customer Amazon you are requested to please replace the item immediately.
