Oh em gee. I wish I didn't buy this. The rollers do not grab the clothes, or toddler blanket in my case. I had to move the bottom roller manually. No matter how loose or tight the tension is, the roller will not move.The little tray keeps falling out, landed on my big toe once.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Price was within my budget, but the item is junk!! The first time I used it the rollers separated and the top bent just running a pair of leggings through. The clothes were left dripping wet. It won't allow me to readjust the rollers and the drip tray won't stay in place. It keeps falling off. Very frustrating!!

Not to bad overall but tray keeps falling easily and won't stay in. Bump it and falls out. Kinda cheap design on that part and needs improvement

Tried to ring my pants and the bracket bent causing the rollers to leave pressure ,had to bend it back and put a piece of angle across. I chose to fix it better ,instead of sending it back ..see pics..

I tried using this once. It did not work well. It did not grab the cloths well because the rollers are slippery, and only the bottom roller is rotated by the hand crank. I returned it.

Absolute garbage. The rubber is not even adhered to the rollers, so it just slips without actually rolling anything through. Do not waste your time or money, just spend slightly more for something made in USA.
