Q: Why does it say leave in conditioner if I have to rinse it out

I purchased this leave-in, spray conditioner at a local drugstore, and here are the instructions: "Shake well before using. On Wet Hair: Spray generously on clean hair. Use wide tooth comb or fingers to distribute evenly. Style as desired. On Dry Hair: Spray generously on dry hair to replenish moisture and refresh coils. Style as desired."

Q: CAlan this be used on braids?

I use the product on my natural braided hair. I'm not sure if it can be used or is a benefit towards hair that is not natural. Therefore, it's a little difficult to answer directly because I'm not sure if you are wanting to apply this to natural hair or synthetic hair.
