We could process Real Salt to remove the silica, of course, but these natural minerals are exactly the reason so many people won’t use anything but Real Salt. The ph of Real Salt is around 7. It does vary slightly.

How does the crystal size compare to Diamond Kosher salt? I prefer a grain bigger than table salt but not so big that you'd need to grind it.

Kosher sounds like the perfect size that you are looking for! It will be bigger than the granule size of a standard shaker but smaller than the size of granule that you will need to grind.

Will this work for making keto crackers?

We aren't familiar with the process of making keto crackers, but this salt can take place as any current salt you are using. There shouldn't be any reason why it wouldn't work.

Best salt ever, give your body what it needs

I saw a documentary on the mining process in Utah that gets this salt. They grind it out then bag it up and ship it to you. That's it, they don't add or subtract anything from it. It contains all the nutrients of vitamins and minerals that our bodies naturally need. Iodized salt bleaches out all the good stuff, bur this salt is great for your body, it even has a very slight sweet taste if you put it under your tongue. I usually don't care for salt that much but I do find myself getting a few grains and sticking it under my tongue. I'm so impressed with this that I'm even taking it out to California and giving some to my sons I think they will benefit greatly from it. My body actually seems to feel better since putting some of these vitamins and minerals back into my body. Thank you so much "REDMOND" Company and family for finding and sharing this salt with us. The documentary states that our body is made of approximately 90% water which contains just about the same amounts of minerals that is found in our oceans. Millions of yrs ago Utah was under water, which explains why there is this salt mine underground. So get back to what our bodies require and get this salt. As you can tell I love this salt!!!

You can't beat Redmond salt. They have many options to choose from. They are known world wide and rank as the top of 100% pure salt. No additives. I recommend it for every day use. Awesome for Keto & Carnavoir diets.
