Excellent product and you're getting what you pay for
OK so I waited a while before I wrote this review because its a supplement and needs time for an honest look. So in all honestly I felt that the effects of these vitamins were felt within the first few days of taking them. I noticed an improved general mood, despite some bad sleeping the last few days I've not been left completely non-functional (which is my norm) and my training has been a good constant level since being on the vits. I will compare these to those I was taken before which for a 28 day course cost £24.99 and from a 'bespoke' online retailer (VITL). Those 'vitamins' did nothing for me in general, I didn't feel any better taking them or when I skipped a few doses, my training suffered as a result of the fact that I've been on a cut for the last 8 weeks (So I swapped out half way through to Triumph) and genrally my sleep wasn't as good, I didn't feel rested and my mood fluctuated a lot. I've taken vitamins for the last 14 years. Some good some bad some just didn't seem to do anything at all (though don't get me wrong I'm not looking for massive reactions from my vitamins). Triumph does deliver some kicks to your purse strings, by far these are the most expensive pot of vits I've ever bought however, you are getting what you pay for in these guys. A very decent uplift in mood and a good general improvement to weight training and cardio outputs. When compared to other vitamins on the market I would say some will deliver an equally impressive mood booster (I've taken some where your urine turns so luminous going at night was like a Pink Floyd laser light show) and you're bouncing off the walls with happiness, but you're also taking 12 pills a day the size of a suppository. Conclusion, would I recommend? Yes Would I buy again? Yes Do I wish they were a bit cheaper? Yes, of course but I understand why they are not and I would rather have the quality.

Best Multivitamin I've Ever Taken
I follow Mikes workout routine Bigger Leaner Stronger and it has done wonders for my fitness so when I heard he was setting up a nutrition company I was expecting like all the others. His face or name on a bottle and some company selling it on his behalf with sawdust padding out the ingredients, but when delving deeper I saw that this may be the only supplement you may have to take ever (except for Fish/Krill Oil) Have been thinking to pull the trigger on this for a while, was always thinking the price was a little steep and the number of pills was excessive (recommended 8 per day) but when you take into the account the number of vitamins in here that you would never find in any other one on the market you would be looking at paying at least 5 times this to do so and none have the mental supplements in them, just my bottle of Aswhanga for a month cost me 15 pounds. Have been taking them for 2 weeks now and can feel a slight improvement in mood, more energy at the gym and at better sense of well being but ultimately these are not like the limitless pills so don't expect to gain superpowers or anything l but I would highly recommend these for all the benefits mentioned above, the pills are not as big as some have stated perhaps they were in the last batch they are not softgels and have a powder substance inside them but they are very easy to swallow and have no problem doing so every day and breakfast and lunch. Just ordered my second case for next month.

DO NOT BUY AN EXTREME RIP OFF FOR UK CUSTOMERS!
Just received it today and was actually trying to cancel the order when I discovered that it was just for 30 servings. 30 SERVINGS FOR £42 OF MULTIVITAMIN? that is absolutely absurd. This is pretty much identical (actually slightly less per serving) to Rainbow Light Men's One, Noww Adam's multivitamin, etc in terms of amount vitamins and minerals but with extra ingredients in very small amounts that does NOT justify the cost in anyway (like garlic). The ranbow light is £10 cheaper AND HAS 150 SERVINGS. You need to lower the price because it is ripping customers off even in comparison to the US prices of the same product (paying extra £20 for no reason. Just absurd and ridiculously prices especially when the maker of this product yaps on about how this product is cheaper than rivals because it cuts off the middle man. Just stop lying this is purely for profit and an extreme one at that. Will NOT be buying again.

Much more than your average multivitamin
Much more than your average multivitimans, this is a zma supplement and also includes some well reknowned herbs such as ashwagandha.. Buying these separately would be expensive. Furthermore the dosages of the ingredient are alot better than your average multivitamin too.

Price is a joke!
Advertised currently at £86 for 30 capsules - cheaper to buy and ship for $40 from the US from the original seller but even then it's quite pricey.

This is a triple review for the following products: Legion Multivitamin, L-Glutamine supplement, and Calm Support supplement. Links for each at the end of the review. Why I Bought These - One day I woke up in a bit of a fog, like I did every day, and I had a thought: I can’t remember the last day that I did not have a drink before bed. I’d fall asleep easier if I had a glass or two of wine. Except it wasn’t always one or two glasses; sometimes it was three. On weekends it was more. I don’t consider myself addicted to alcohol, but I realized that I was using it habitually as a sleep aid and I didn’t like that realization. I was sick of waking up tired every morning. Not ‘hungover’ but just foggy and not feeling well-rested. I’ve also had some health issues over the years and I suspect that they stemmed from me not getting proper nutrition. I should rephrase that: I eat a very healthy diet, but I suspect that drinking alcohol was robbing me of the nutrients that I was consuming. It was like I was eating them, but not absorbing them, if that makes sense. I did some research and came across a few supplement suggestions by a Youtube creator. The channel is geared towards recovering alcoholics and other types of recovering addicts, but I figured at least some of the advice could help me, too. The idea is fixing your biochemistry with lots of good stuff (vitamins and supplements) to make up for all of those nutrients that alcohol steals from your body. The below supplements are also supposed to help with withdrawal symptoms. I wasn’t concerned about having any, but like I said: I also couldn’t remember the last time I had gone to sleep without alcohol, so I wanted to be prepared just in case I did have any withdrawal symptoms. The Legion Multivitamin - These were recommended to compensate for ‘weak spots’ in your diet and for repairing deficiencies that you might not know about. Alcohol depletes so many vitamins and minerals in your body, and the high potency of these multivitamins really help to build all of that back up. L-Glutamine - recommended to combat alcohol (and sugar) cravings instantly. Can also alleviate anxiety and promote restful sleep. Your body does produce this amino acid naturally, but alcohol use depletes it big time! The most interesting thing about this supplement is that it gives your brain a quick dose of glucose, which brains like, but it won’t cause your blood sugar to spike (the way alcohol and carbs do). It’s like a quick-fix for your brain when you’re craving alcohol (or carbs) without the consequences of alcohol (or carbs) in your internal systems. Calm Support - recommended for their highly effective combination of alcohol withdrawal vitamins and herbs. The video covered a huge range of helpful supplements, and if you purchased them all individually they’d be really expensive. This supplement contains a lot of those supplements, so you’re getting a lot of bang for your buck here. Other reviewers of this supplement claim to have been able to go off of their anti-anxiety meds! How I Use These Supplements - The serving size for the multivitamin is EIGHT capsules, but it is okay to split those up throughout the day. What I do is empty out four capsules and blend them up in my morning smoothie, then I take the other four after dinner. I also empty out and add one Calm Support capsule and one L-Glutamine capsule into that same smoothie. I take a second Calm Support and a second L-Glutamine after dinner. My Results - I feel much, much, much better! My sleep score on my Fitbit used to be in the mid 70’s, now it is in the high 80’s and still climbing - and it’s only been three weeks! I have a bit of trouble falling asleep, but once I’m out I am sleeping longer and the quality of sleep is so much better. I actually wake up feeling rested! I have more energy during the day, even for exercise, and I feel more clear-headed and ‘on my game’ at work. I have more patience in my day-to-day life and a lot less anxiety. I never feel foggy any more. I haven’t had a drink in over three weeks, and haven’t wanted one, either. I feel really, really, good - like the best I’ve ever felt! I didn’t experience any withdrawal symptoms whatsoever, which I didn’t think that I would, but maybe I would have without these supplements? The creator is a recovered alcoholic himself and goes super deep into the reasons behind these recommended supplements. And if he happens to be reading this: thank you!
