I experienced some of the worst postpartum rage and depression — there were times I truly believed I’d be stuck in that darkness forever. I tried two different antidepressants, but both made me feel completely manic and brought on some very scary, intrusive thoughts (if you catch my drift). I had never felt so awful, and to make it worse, those medications also contributed to even more weight gain. Now, 11 months postpartum, I've been taking these supplements for about a month — not even every day — and wow. I’m no longer easily triggered or overwhelmed. I feel a deep, steady sense of love and calmness within myself and toward the people around me. I no longer feel like the world is against me, and I’m finally able to focus again. I'm not sure if these are directly tied to my weight loss journey, but I do know that feeling happier and more motivated has helped me get back into the gym with so much less anxiety. These truly have transformed what I thought was an endless storm into something beautiful — like finally seeing a rainbow after the hardest rain. I'm genuinely so thankful.

I used this product for migraines and this product has 4 diferent kinds of magnesium in it and one of them deals with the migraines. I also use this product for sleep, relaxation, calmness, stress, and digestive problems. The other forms of magnesium in this product help with the above mentioned stuff. Heart problems run in our family so I use it for that too. I do feel very relaxed with this product and I have slept every night since I've used it so far. I'm hoping for no more migraines because I have had awful ones for years.

I want to say it has been around 2-3 weeks as of writing this that I have used the product. The capsule is reasonably large, nothing too bad and has no taste per say. It has a fair smell that reflects some of the ingredients even in powdered form, potency is good and I feel a bit better in addition to Ashgawanda and St. John’s Wort. I feel a bit more even headed and calm especially with less people, I can find a pleasant time in the day here and there, but I wouldn’t say it has made me feel too much better to the point of where I would see it through for more than 6 months perhaps. I’m not sure if I will continue this supplement if I don’t feel much better soon. I can’t afford the a lot of these medications, this if it doesn’t work I’d not feel right giving four stars. Originally this review started at three, I’m only changing it to help the seller currently. Eight+ Years of Depression and little if anything besides smoking cannabis like it’s going out of style is practically more effective than this bottle. My sleeping schedule has been awful and not changed, this supplement did not help fix that either, nor do I expect it to actually help too much.

I find that it is calming.

I tried a bunch of different 5HTP and this one works the best. First, any 5HTP can give you a headache starting or reducing amount suddenly. Second, I did use twice a day for appetite control - just not to feel hungry all day, but my doctor switched me to something else (berberine). But what I found is that this gives me incredibly restful sleep and I wake up energized, which never happens with chronic Epstein Barr. I researched a lot of different reasons and methods for taking it, but basically, take 30 min before meal for appetite and take before bed for sleep. You do tend to get used to it though. So sometimes I taper off, then start back.

They are okay with the regular stress of daily stuff. Maybe take them on those days before your period and these change your whole mood. But if you are having a meltdown from anxiety lol then no these do not help me calm down. Lol But they do help me with my natural sleep cycles. I get insomnia from time to time and when I take 2 in the morning and 1 in the evening. I get sleepy and I fall asleep faster and I'm able to fall asleep faster if I wake up during the night. I find this one better for insomnia than melatonin. For stress relief use maybe for those days before your period starts or when you are going to a place where you know you might feel overwhelmed. Like family gatherings. Lol Or when you are just stressed with the kids because they aren't listing.🥴 You know mom life.😅 Yeah this one's are good for that you'll be chill and not bother by all the mess they are making. 😅

Y’all… this stuff gives me fun mom energy back and my teen is owning her school experience now and making plans for her future. I’m not saying this is the only reason but this is def worth every penny especially with everything happening in the world.

I took half the bottle before I threw it in the trash. It did nothing it said it would do. What it did do was give me vivid and horrific dreams. These weren't normal dreams. These dreams were in full color and had a plot with a beginning, middle and end just like a movie. I've never experienced suck realistic dreams and would wake up absolutely exhausted. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this product unless you like sleeping in an action/horror dream every single night.
