Clean and Delicious
Great grain, tight packaging, faster shipping than expected. The product is cleaner than some of the stuff I get at Whole Foods; I don't need to pick out any twigs, bugs, etc. Can go right in the pot no problem. Puffs up nicely and has a mildly sweet whole grain flavor. Love it mixed with my oats! The only thing is mine was not shipped in a resealable bag--it was vacuum packed and double sealed. Not a problem to put it in a ziploc, but if yours is shipped this way and you want to keep the nutrition label, you'll have to cut it out or rewrite it on the new bag.

Not talking about quality but the color
I expected this would be like white and pearled kodo millet. But it is not. It’s brown in colour.

Food value in Kodo Millet
When this item arrived, on the back where the nutritional info was given, this kodo millet had 0 protein, 0 fiber and a tiny amount of carbs. As a vegetarian, I prefer to cook and eat foods that are nutritious. Kodo millet usually is high in protein and fiber.

Mislabeled
If you look at the photo above, the packaging states that a quarter of a teaspoon is 54 calories. This is impossible
