It has quickly become one of those tools I didn’t realize I needed until I had it. The gauge is clear, accurate, and easy to read, which takes all the guesswork out. I bought this to use with my garage air compressor to adjust my car tire pressure as the weather changes from Summer to Winter and back again. So much easier than the stick pressure gauge that I had been using for years. You get instant feedback on what your tire pressure is. When letting air out of the tire you don’t even have to connect it to the compressor. As far as accuracy goes, the reading on this gauge always exactly matches the reading of the TPMS on my dashboard. I have nothing else to check it against, but at least that’s something. The main complaint in reviews of this product was that the connection to the chuck can be tricky and can leak air. One reviewer suggested swapping the head for a JACO lightning S-Series 1/4” F-NTP air chuck. (Make sure to buy the OPEN FLOW model). I figured for $14 I would just buy the JACO chunk right away and avoid any aggravation. The JACO chuck works perfectly. I didn’t even bother trying it with the original chuck that came with it. All said, it’s a great product, accurate and easy to use. I gave it four stars instead of five because of the questions I read in other reviews regarding the chuck head.

Alright y’all…here’s the deal. This technically deserves a 4-Star because the locking head sucks so bad, but, it’s very accurate so I found a fix and am sharing here for your ease of use, IF you follow my suggestion…This tire pressure gauge is spot on. It’s reading out to 1/10th of what is actual. Tested against a $2,700 air measurement system a buddy of mine has that is calibrated every 6 months. What I like? Its accuracy. What I HATE? The air chuck to valve connector system. It is possibly the worst in the industry. Now, if you remove that, and you install the air chuck tip sold by Jack (specifically search “JACO Lightning S-Series Tire Air Chuck - 1/4" F-NPT (Open Flow)” onto THIS TIRE PRESSURE GAUGE, you have what I’d consider the best air gauge on the market. And I mean it. You now have accuracy, and the best of the best when it comes to ease of pressing into the valve stem and removing when done. This air chuck tip has a very easy to use press on tip, whereas the one that comes on this gauge you have to open with your thumb, press on, and release with pressure still applied to lock it on. 75% of the time it leaks, even with y man paws pressing it on. This Jace tip is press and leave. You then air up and press the release button to release it. It locks on without air leaking 93% of the time. If you by this tire gauge and spend the extra $14 on the air chuck tip, you will have a solid piece that’s actually enjoyable to use. You can also opt in for the 90 degree jack air chuck tip. Same concept with a bend. Guys, just trust me on this and like my comment if it works. I promise it’ll be worth your time. If you choose not to, don’t worry, you’ll be back to buy it once you see how hard the one that comes on this unit is to operate. Hope this helps someone!!

Works great and connects to the compressor line easily. Shows pressure to 1/10 per pound, is illuminated and the batteries were included. Stays locked on value, works fast and has a pressure release button when you over shoot. Really like the trigger style, easy to hold.

Works perfect. Easy to use and stores away easy not taking up too much space. I keep this in my offroad rig that is a YJ and I like all the space I can get. Perfect for air ups and down good air flow and accuracy .
