I quite like my set and used them offend for hot tea mostly, though it was only recently when I was taking them out of the dishwasher that one of them had a notable crack on the inside! Frankly not sure how that might have happened - perhaps the steaming of the dishwasher could have caused something, but perhaps consider just hand washing them - do wish the company would sell just one mug instead of a pair but I'm happy with my one~ Also I'm quite appreciative of the 2 spoons you get, find them very nice to have - can't go wrong with needing a long spoon!

Gave the set as a gift to my sister for Christmas and she loved them. Nice weight and shape. Looked very nice.

Overall it is a really nice mug that I can recommend! It seems to keep liquid warm for at least the same amount of time, and maybe even a bit longer compared to my other thick heavy mugs. If I dropped any of my mugs expecting them to survive I really wouldn't want to drop this one. It is really lightweight and seems really fragile. It holds quite a bit of liquid which is great for either hot teas or lattes or any other hot drink. In the photo I had an Americano with a little creamer and sugar.

Great looking product. I am not much a coffee drinker as it gives me heartburn. But I am green tea and herbal tea drinker. I wanted clear glass mug/cup that can maintain the temperature even after 10 minutes. To people reading other reviews stating water intrusion when this mugs(s) are dishwasher washed. I personally recommend manually wash this. Reasons for the tiny hole on the outside layer of the mug is to keep the temperature while the heat is transferred through the tiny hole in the bottom of the cup. I haven’t tried this yet but I guess I will is to apply small drop of crazy glue (gorilla) to close the hole. But that also contradicts the heat extraction path as stated earlier. Our new favorite coffee and tea cups. Large size and double walls keeps liquid warm longer. Lighter weight and see through cup to estimate weight before picking up cup. My wife is in bed a lot recovering from shoulder surgery, and this is very handy.

I am not sure if I just got a bad batch that did not get a proper "Quality Control" check. After both went in the dishwasher one of the cups shattered the other one is fine. That said, I am not looking for a product that is 50% OK. In the past I have purchased other double wall borosilicate cups that lasted perfectly well. This brand however is not one of them. I would not recommend and reviewed it accordingly.

I purchased the 4 pack 16 oz cups , very nice , light weight , so easy on the wrist , spoons are high grade, will be great for when I'm drinking soups And my biggest concern was the handles but they are flat easy to hold with one hand and seem very sturdy borosilicate glass meaning ... I looked that up It is known for its high thermal resistance, low thermal expansion, and excellent chemical durability, making it suitable for various applications, including laboratory glassware and kitchenware. Las tasas son muy bonitas y vienen muy bien protegidas en su caja, pero, literalmente, no podrían ser más delgadas. Se siente que hasta con el golpeteo de las cucharas al revolver el contenido se pueden romper. Seguro que, al lavarlas, al chocar con cualquier cosa se romperán o, peor aun, le reventarán en la mano a alguien. Yo las compré para utilizarlas con una AeroPress, pero dudo que duren mucho con la presión que habría que ejercer sobre ellas al preparar café. Mejor las devuelvo de una vez antes de perder mi dinero.
