Do these correct flat nipples permanently?

Yes it permanent to a degree and that depends on how much you want them to show. When you pump the nipples, they will extend in the cup and stay that way for a period of time. When the nipples are at rest, they will return to a smaller size but usually bigger than when you started out. Two important factors to remember - 1) use a softener such as lip balm on your nipples to moisturize the nipples before pumping and to avoid chaffing, and 2) don't over pump - over pumping untrained nipples could cause blistering. When starting out, learn to use the Supple Nips moderately ( I started out 20 minutes at a time) and progress as you feel comfortable. Enjoy.

Does it helping enlarging nipples? And how do u know what size to get?

They certainly do! Having said that it takes time, several months to increase them to 50% bigger than their normal current self. They will also increase the sensitivity and make them more solid when aroused. What size to get depends entirely on the current size of your nipples. The Size One are very small and only of benefit if your nipples are inverted. If your nipples are 5mm long and small girth then use Size 2, if they are are wider girth us Size 3. If your nipples are 10cm long and fairly wide girth go for size 4. Slowly is the key to success. Use a silicon gel to coat your nipple and inside of teat, place over nipple and displace the air. If it feels comfortable you have the right size. If you feel pain they are too big. After about 15 minutes your nipples should stretch as far as able. Start with 30 minutes and work up over two weeks to two hours. Do not use for more than two hours at a time as you have dislodged the air and they will get very soft with a danger of causing water blisters on the end of your nipples. Not a problem, just leave for a few days then start again. Your nipple will only ever expand to about three quarters of the inside of the SuppleNipps. To benefit from maximum suction use a fine needled syringe to draw the air from the tip of the teat. This will draw your nipple right to the end and the feeling is very pleasant indeed. Be careful not to pierce your nipple with the needle. As the teats are made of silicone they are self healing so you can do this 100's of times. Well worth the investment...mine are now permanently 15mm long and 13mm wide.

4 sizes sold in amazon. Check the pictures as it showns the dimensions. For men I believe 2 is a good start. I have 2 and 4.
