I'm truly impressed with this Elviros pillow. From the first night, I noticed a huge difference: the neck and shoulder pain I used to have upon waking was completely gone. Works extremely well. I am a side sleeper and find this pillow very comfortable. I gave it 4 stars as the price is high from my perspective. I have not gotten any pain relief in my back or shoulders. It is firm.

Not a fan of this one. The pillow just flattens way too easily. Just under 2 months in and it's just uncomfortable as all get out

This pillow is GREAT. I’ve tried many pillows since I began using a CPAP. This is by far the best one!! And I should say I am very particular about my pillows…I’ve tried many, many “normal” pillows before I had to use a CPAP. I am a side sleeper. Actually I HAVE to sleep on my side for health reasons. This is the best CPAP pillow I’ve used!! It’s very comfortable (much more soft than other CPAP pillows). But’s its not too soft to interfere with my full face CPAP mask when laying on my side. And as a great bonus, it has helped my lower back issues. I used to wake up with a lot of lower back pain and range of motion. This pillow has helped me improve that situation and that it a HUGE benefit. I would want this pillow even if I didn’t have to use a CPAP mask! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I haven't been using it for long since i have had it for only about 2 weeks. So far, it seems like it is one of the best investments I have made in my healthcare journey. Yes quality sleep is important for our health. I have been sleeping very well since I received it. I took 1 star off because I wish It was a bit bigger. A big or large individual may not enjoy it that much but it fits me well. Also, i am not sure whether the extra foam with came with it is the soft or firm one as the manual does not say. I may have to fit it inside and see how it feels. I pray it holds up and continue to serve me well. So far so very Gooood.
