Easy install, works great!

DO NOT BUY! I figured I'd give this cheap battery a shot, and so I bought one and installed it in my laptop. Immediately, there were two issues. 1. The touchpad didn't click; the battery is slightly too large, so the touchpad is pushed into a clicked position. 2. The battery wouldn't fully charge; it was stuck at 80%. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I asked for a replacement battery and spent the time to pull out the old one and put in the replacement. The replacement also made it so the touchpad wouldn't click. So now I get to return two crappy batteries.

Listed as compatible with my model, but the laptop shows unsupported and refuses to charge fully.

While the BIOS accepted it as compatible, the battery was not fit for dell xps 15 9500 series, as it didn't have gaps to fit properly. Either way, once adjusted to fit, I performed about 10 cycles and every single one seems to diminish its capacity. At this point it jumps from 0 to 100% charged in a minute, then it won't last over a minute disconnected. Do not buy this

NOT an exact fit for DELL XPS 15 9510. The battery itself is fine. However it is too tall. You can install the battery in the laptop, and close the rear cover, BUT the trackpad will no longer click like before. Before the trackpad could be clicked with one finger, now you have to exert FORCE to get it to click. Only buy this battery if you want to sacrifice the use of your trackpad. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the battery 4 times, applied and re-applied the cable the runs under the battery to get it as flat as possible, and even not screwed in the screws all the way, but it still completely gets in the way of the trackpad clicking.

Diagnostic tools show the battery's maximum capacity has decreased noticeably.
