User friendly, super easy to navigate settings. My first oled screen, the display is crisp and clear. To my surprise, there’s little to no glare with the drastic curve. Speaker quality is also good! I purchased the LG 39GS96QB OLED monitor through Beach Camera, and while the monitor has impressive gaming performance, it has a serious drawback: text clarity is poor. Fonts appear blurry and color-fringed, making it frustrating to use for anything beyond gaming — especially for reading or work. It’s an issue other users have noted as well, and in my experience, it made the monitor unusable for productivity. That said, Beach Camera handled the situation very well. They were responsive, respectful, and did everything they could to assist me. I truly appreciated their professionalism and willingness to help — they were the one positive part of this experience. By contrast, Amazon’s support was extremely disappointing. I was clearly promised specific assistance before placing the order, and even after providing proof of that commitment, Amazon failed to follow through. I’ve had countless chats with different agents, many of whom seemed more interested in deflecting responsibility than helping. Well, After two hours of use, the screen has begun randomly going blank for about 1-2 seconds. I thought maybe the huge and heavy power supply was maybe overheating, but I checked it and that is not the problem. I may end up sending this monitor back. I like the large screen and the picture quality and color accuracy are good. The monitor is heavy. The instructions are VERY poor - as seems to be the case on all products in the past 5 years. I will follow up regarding the blanking problem. Update two weeks later - the random screen blanking continues. I will have to return the monitor and go back to my older, smaller curved screen.

At any hz above 100 when freesync is enabled, the screen flickers. Tried many fixes for this including buying a new cable and messing with settings, but it must just be a defect. Not happy. Now I just play with freesync off and there is screen tearing. Although, the OLED colors are amazing.
