There is a white gasket loose in box, probably belongs inside lock nut but it is sliced. Is it supposed to be? Called 888 phone, never answers.

If I remember correctly, it does go inside of the nut. As it tightens it shrinks closed rather than gapping as it tightens. Also please be sure you use the Teflon tape on the threads of the spicket coming out of the wall BEORE you hand tighten the nut.

At the connection points, are all the parts stainless steel?

That's what the instructions say, check instructions for that product.

How flexible is the hose?

It’s fine. More flexible than me. Best Shower System we’ve ever had. The water pressure is great.

I've had this model now for about 4 months but it starting leaking just after 2 1/2 months and getting worse. what do I do ?

did you use the teflon tape in the parts where the hoses connect to the shower head if not then try that I have had mine for over 6 months and no problems
