I am an active senior who has been routinely exercising for many years. Not too long ago, I started having pain in my shoulders not only while working out but also during normal daily activities. This calcium supplement has made a world of difference. I like this supplement better than the first one I tried. It seems more effective, and a smaller dosage is recommended. I find being easy to swallow, as this product is, to be more important than taste with capsules like this. I now have much less pain and my strength has improved since I am able to perform more strenuous exercises than I could before taking this supplement.

Could it be true? My sleep pattern since I began taking this supplement has been the best in years !! So thankful !

So far so good. I like everything about them but the pills are a little large. I open up the capsules and mix them with water or juice.

Didn’t do anything

Love this version of cal mag. I take 4 about 1 hour before bed and always experience a deep and restful sleep. I notice the difference in my sleep pattern and tearfulness when I do not take these pills before bed.
