I absolutely love this chair. Very comfortable. The only thing I would have change is to add a stopper at the ends of the footrest so it doesn’t fall out when pulling it out. Was easy to put together. Love the massage and heat.

Not worth the money. I’m so tired of getting junk chairs. The right arm rest won’t stay up now. I have a bad right shoulder so I hurt all day with no armrest support. The chair is leaning forward. I’m only 5’6” and the fold out leg rest only hits at my calves. I work from home and sit at a computer all day. My back is killing me. This chair was another waste of money.

I absolutely love my office chair! I have to sit for long periods of time at my desk and the heating and massage features makes me feel nice and relaxed during my break periods. I also loved how affordable this was compared fo similar chairs.

Chair is okay, it was great for a few weeks the heat is nice, unfortunately if you turn your chair around the cord will get wrapped around the middle of the chair daily until it is severed. Lasted less than 2 months. Had a friend repair the wires but the chair is still not working. Slightly uncomfortable without vibration you can feel the inner workings
