I bought a set of these socks in 2019 to wear with my work boots. After wearing them every week for 6 years straight I finally had to get a new set. Rugged and worth every penny! I probably could have kept my first set for even longer but they were getting pretty worn out. I found them to be not too hot and not too cold for any season. Additionally the fit was good for me. I bought the first set because they were on sale and decent reviews. When it came time to replace them I went back to find the same sock again.

I love how thick and soft these socks are. They are warm and cozy, perfect for a cold day! The tops stay up great without leaving an indent in my leg, which is an added bonus.

I have a different model of yuedge socks that have more bump stripes on the bottom and they bother me while hiking. These are kinder to my sensitive soles. Using for hiking but they’re so comfortable, I’m wearing them around the house. I was a little surprised to see the fiber ends on the inside of the socks, but they machined washed and dried well. I bought the larger size (9-12) as I wear 8 1/2 and these are perfect. Not binding my toes at all. I really like Yuedge socks and they are well made and last a long time and thick for my needs. I’ve tried all sorts for hiking, these are the most comfortable.

Well-made + seamless toe + mostly cotton crew socks for women are difficult to find. While I'm not a hiker, I want cotton-rich socks to work well with grippy-soled winter mocs and all season walking shoes. In fact, most of my socks are Medium men's or xl boy's. I am hopeful that this Yuedge brand and style for women has the padding and 80% cotton suited for the long haul. Other "wick away moisture" fabrics with only 30-50% cotton feel oddly slimy underfoot IMHO. Not seeking a fashion statement, it's OK with me that these socks are woven in shades of grey; even so, I appreciate the interest added by jazzy trim in five bright colors. However, getting right sizing and fit were a bit tricky for me; depending on shoe brand/style I wear mostly size 9 and 9.5, but occasionally 8.5 or 10. First I tried Large, which is supposed to fit up to size 9. It felt well-cushioned and cottony at first. But the extra rubber woven into the sole and top of sock made it feel tight _around_ the foot. Length might have been fine but again, the weave was tight & not very flexible at the toes, ruining benefit of the generous toe-box I need/buy in all my shoes. XL with size range starting at 9.5 feels much more comfortable overall. There's more freedom to wiggle toes and the rubber makes for a neat-not-sloppy fit without squeezing any part of the foot. XL and L fit me with about the same stretch above the ankle to the top of the limited height of usual crew style; close around the lower leg, but not tight like (the dreaded) support hosiery. My quibble with the colors is that I'd prefer to get at least 2-3 pairs of socks with the same color (i.e, sky blue or purple) trim in a package, rather than 5 pairs that are not interchangeable.

What I liked is they don't cramp my toes, but they're not too loose either. They're nice and thick without being too hot, and the colors are vibrant without being too bright. My only complaint is I have large calves, and where the top of the sock is, is 12.5 inches around on me, so it feels like it's a little too tight. I still wear them however because the rest of my feet are so comfortable in them. The manufacturer recommends that these be washed inside out, and I have no problem with that because they're really good socks. I wash them on cold in the washing machine, then hang them up to dry. They haven't shrunk, and keep their shape well. I strongly recommend never putting them, or any other socks for that matter, in the dryer. In that case, they WOULD shrink, as I have discovered many a time. I am extremely picky about socks, and I highly recommend these. They were also sent very quickly.

Great socks that provide some extra stability for the ankles. They look nice and wash up well. Comfortable.

I wanted a pair of good hiking socks and I think these are it!! •Sole and heel parts of the sock are well padded and comfy •No seams so I dont get blisters •Perfect height to wear with hiking boots so they dont slip down (mid calf ish) •Great colors so you can't see the dirt and stains •Nice and thick (I was worried they'd be too thick but they actually do a great job absorbing the sweat!!) Totally recommend!

Bought these socks for warmth and durability before an overseas trip. They were very comfortable, did not make the feet sweat and were very warm. Would recommend. The only thing was I am a size 6 and they were a tad big, but not a big deal- still wearable and comfrotable.
