This small straightener/curling wand works great! It heats up very well, and does a good job both curling and smoothing hair. It gives beautiful waves & curls. Love that it is cordless and charges with a usb charging port. I have medium length curly/wavy hair. I set it on high and can do what I want with it. Only minor gripe is I can only use it 2-3 times before needing to charge it again. Might be that I use it on the highest setting. Great for home and travel.

I purchased this several months ago and haven't used it. I took it out of the box before a trip top Mexico, and charged it. It did not take the charge, so I did it again. It still didn't charge, even though I let it charge for 2 hours. It was expensive, and now I cannot use it. I am annoyed, and very frustrated. I expected Amazon would vet the products they sell. This one is sub-par.

I’m torn on how many stars to give. The product delivers 5 stars as to how it styles my hair. Best product ever! But after 3 weeks it wouldn’t hold a charge So here we are at the start of a 2 week vacation with no hair device. So zero stars???? I Read the comments and faqs and it mentioned to change the data cable if not holding a charge We needed to use both a new cable and a more powerful iPad cube. If I didn’t love the product so much I wouldn’t put in all the extra work. But the product is worth it for my hair. Best ever smoothing and nice flip at the end. It’s cordless and so easy to use and so easy to pack and takes little room. Great little device if they got the charging right

This item travels well and packs easy, and a few times I've used it is done a great job styling, BUTI'm having a hard time keeping it charged.

Okay, I don’t ususally write a review as soon as I receive the product, but this one really excites me. I was looking for a hair styler to take to Africa that would be compatible with their electrical system. I have a blower-styler that is supposed to convert to the European 250v, but the last time I used it in the UK, it only worked on the low setting. I’ve looked at stylers specifically for use in Europe, but they are all so big — I mean, they are HUGE - and heavy, I didn’t want to have to pack something that large when our weight limits are so limited. Then I saw this, and thought I’d give it a try. It’s extremely compact compared to other hair tools, and will pack so easily. One thing to remember, however, you may have a problem packing this in your checked bags for flying., but will easily fit in a carryon. It is not a blower, which is fine. I never really use my blower-styler to dry my hair, more to smooth out the frizziness. So when I saw this that is wireless and I don’t need to plug it in other than to recharge it, I thought it would be a good solution. So, I just got it, turned it on, and tried it out, and it’s going to be perfect. I left my hair smooth and shiny, and just enough curl that will be perfect traveling. I am just so happy I decided to give this a try. Update on this…. I just tested this on my hair after washing and a quick drying. I have thin, curly hair, and I quick blow dry leaves it just plain frizzy, so this was a goo test. Hair looks great.

Worked for approximately 2-3 weeks, enough time for me to use it a few times. Took it on a trip to Europe. Doesn’t hold a charge long enough to heat up. Charged it overnight - does after about 6 min of use (including heating up!!!!) Save your money - don’t buy. I had this delivered on Feb 1 and it’s Mar 16 and already doesn’t work. Trash.

Styling used to leave my shoulders aching, but its lightweight body lets me effortlessly curl my entire head of hair. Even heat distribution!!! The USB charging design fits perfectly in my bag.
