I'm really impressed with this flat iron. It heats up quickly, glides smoothly, and leaves my hair straight without damaging it. The extra-long plates make styling easier, especially if you have thick or long hair. It feels sturdy, looks elegant, and delivers professional results at home. It's definitely worth it! I absolutely love it.

I've used this brand of flat iron and this model for years. This is the third one I've purchased. It is a good value for the money, and it heats up quickly. i have curly hair, and it does a nice job of taming the frizz and creating the smooth look I prefer. I'd recommend this product.

The iron heats up quickly and works well on my medium thickness hair. There is a wide range of heat adjustment so I believe it would work as well on fine or thick hair. I took one star off because - as others have said - the tip of the plate snags your hair when placing the iron. The product would be better if it openned wider so it didn't catch your haif.

This straightener is super easy to use! It beats up quickly and does a stellar job! It takes about 15 min to straighten my hair (past my shoulders, graying, with lots of short pieces that need to be tamed so it isn’t fluffy). It leaves my hair silky and smooth like it used to be! I tried another straightener but it left my hair staticky and fluffy. This inexpensive straightener is hands down the best. I have accidentally turned it off because of where the button is so you do have to watch out for that. But that’s a bearable flaw. It doesn’t snag my hair and even gives it a curl at the end if I angle it when I do the final pull through. Make sure you dry your hair before straightening. This should not be used on wet hair. Can not recommend highly enough! I only wish it was dual voltage so I could take it to Europe!!

Heats up and cools down quickly. The cord is easy to manage. My last one got twisted a lot. It is easy to use without burning your fingers. And it's light weight for travel.

UPDATED 2/14/21: I originally gave this flat iron a 5 star review, but I have to deduct 2 stars because it has the same issue that others have talked about in their reviews: it constantly turns off! At first, I thought I was accidentally turning it off myself, but no, it's just turning off on its own. Sometimes I don't realize it has turned off until I've done a few swipes and then I have to redo it. I have to keep a constant eye on the power to make sure it's on. That's just not okay. I still like the flat iron, but I do find this to be super annoying. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have been unhappy with my straightener for a long time, but I couldn't find one that I thought was worth trying, especially since I tried an expensive CHI that was so terrible that I sent it back. I've been using an HSI for the past several years, but when I had to replace my original one, the replacement was just mediocre. I lived with it for a couple of years figuring that maybe all flat irons just suck. I am someone who likes for my hair to last for a couple of days, but I have fine hair that gets a horrible curl in the back that is impossible to straighten back out on the second day. Or so I thought... I bought this straightener on the recommendation of a colleague who has shiny super straight hair every day. I figured that with the price, it was certainly worth a shot. I'm so glad I gave it a try! I've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and it is by far the best straightener I've ever had. I am able to straighten my hair in ONE PASS through the hair, which really cuts down on straightening time. This made me realize that it had been taking me several passes through my hair to get mediocre results with my HSI. Not only that, but it has a longer iron, so I am able to straighten bigger sections of hair at once. It also does not pull my hair like the Chi did; it just glides right over it. It straightens my hair so well that I also feel like the humidity doesn't bother it as much as it used to, and the best part is that on the second day, MY HAIR IS STILL STRAIGHT--no horrible curl in sight! One quick pass through to smooth it, and my hair is good to go for another day! One more feature I like is the adjustable heat setting. Since I have fine hair, I don't need the heat up all the way, which was something I couldn't adjust with the Chi. For reference, I have been using it set on a 15 (out of 30). The only thing I can't speak to is the longevity of this iron since I just bought it a few weeks ago. I'm hoping it lasts a long time. However, if you are waffling on whether or not to buy this iron, just do it! You won't be sorry!

Bought this for myself granddaughter last Christmas. She uses it every day and it is still going strong. Good quality for a good price! Highly recommend

I'm really disappointed about what I received. It does not even do the same functionalities as the one shown in the images. In addition to that It looks like it is an open box product or used item!!! I do not recommend it at all.

After checking out different straighteners I finally found one that works for me. I have short hair and I curl my hair with a straightener. Most of the other straighteners were to big to leave a good curl on short hair. This one works well. Heats up really fast and has different settings for heat. The best is the auto shut off so I don't have to worry about if I turned it off or not. Great buy
