This is a good one source olive oil from California. It is heavy and it’s fruity if you’re taking a shot of olive oil like I do it doesn’t coach your mouth and has a slight pepper taste in the back of your throat. Great olive oil for the price.

A most delightful olive oil at a reasonable price. I use it for cooking, salad dressing, marinades, you name it. Delicious!

We use a lot of olive oil in our home, especially my husband, who loves to cook. But I make the salads, and recently I’d been on the search for a really good olive oil for salad dressing, where the quality makes a serious difference in taste. Several product review sources recommend this one, and it did not disappoint. It made a delicious vinaigrette-- more nuanced and complex, fruity, but with a peppery accent. It’s also great for dunking bread. It’s a bit pricey, but to use it with just salad dressings or for dunking—where the flavor of the oil really matters—is worth it.
