These are exceptional oil paints. I tried painting a Color Wheel with these oils. The castle box came with a big range of different colors in small tubes. The colors are vibrant and are fun to use at a great price. I purchased this set along with other art supplies. Each item is sold separately. Some of the other art supplies I bought were: brushes, canvas boards, and an easel. I mean, I had to go to a craft store to buy things like paint thinner, gesso, and a palette board. I transitioned from acrylic painting to oil painting and I’m happy with what I learned. Art takes a lot of patience and time. With oil paints the drying time is 5x longer than acrylic paint. At first I thought my art was never going to dry but that changed later. They look nice on a canvas. As an artist, I think oil paints look exceptional, a creamy, buttery look that’s pleasing to the eye. Although I also use gamblin oils and the masters touch oils, I find that these brands are all similar. I wasn’t disappointed at all. Try them out!

This was my first time using oil paints so I didn’t want to invest too much, but also wanted something of good quality. They do days to dry, but they are beautiful colors! Although they are small tubes, you can get a lot of paint coverage out of them. They blend very well and you can make it thick or thin on your canvas!

Good set of paints with lots of colors, one thing though that would be nice would be a larger tube of the white, I had to order an extra large tube after going through most of the white in this set while mixing colors for a painting.

I bought this paint set for my daughter, and she is very happy with it. She says that the paints blend well despite the summer heat, and she loves the variety of colors.

I love this paint so much I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for affordable paint.

The paint came in small tubes and while it was packaged with plastic, the tubes were leaking and sadly had to be deposed of. I have used this brand before and usually they have good quality products but sadly this wasn’t the case. Many people have pointed out it doesn’t have leemseed oil in it, which I believe can make the paints flammable do to drying quicker, but it still makes one cautious when it comes to purchasing oil paints. Luckily I had a glass jar to depose them in but if you’re a beginner I’d wouldn’t be as quick to purchase these. Beside the leak, the size would be sufficient for a beginner and would be cheaper that most oil paints. The colors that were offered did look nice and for under fifty dollars and would wager it would be good value for your money. The cleaning did leave a bit of a hassle as it is well oily, and if you were to wipe hands off and leave the paint it could possibly catch flame.

Christmas present for my niece. She loves them and is exited to use them.
