I have tried other supplements that were more expensive that did nothing for hot flashes. These work great and my hot flashes have been cut in half. I am so thankful I found these and I really appreciate the positive reviews.

I was told black cohosh helped with hot flashes. It really did work! My hot flashes have decreased significantly. I think this helps me sleep better because I’m not getting as many hot flashes at night.

I didn't think this would work, but it does. Most women understand that right around their periods they run warmer. As you get older, you might sweat a night. This was happening for me and it was disrupting my sleep cycle. Someone suggested this and I figured, for less than $10 dollars I would give it a try. I take one pill with my other supplements and after about one cycle I noticed a huge difference. I still run warm, but I am not waking up sweating and needing to change my PJs. That alone is worth double the price. Just bought my second bottle.

Black Cohosh was recommended to me by my Mom for my menopausal symptoms as she had amazing results when she went through it. Unfortunately, I'm not experiencing any relief. I get that what works for one may not work for the other. Black Cohosh has, however, softened the skin on my elbows and knees. I also noticed a mild boost to my mood. For both positives I felt it deserved credit and gave it 3 stars. Moving ahead with the next menopausal relief supplement on my list. Fingers crossed!
