This one actually has mango flavored, the other brand I bought wasn’t good and I was about to give up on freeze dry mango, until I remember I bought from this brand before and it tastes pretty good. The quality of the mango is good, it tastes sweet. The brand produces decent quality stuff like the banana and mango.

This powder added a true strawberry flavor that was evident in both the cake and the frosting without the cloying sweetness of flavored gelatin.

This stuff is great. I can always have some banana in my smoothie without having to deal with the store only having very unripe bananas or my bananas being over ripe. The only thing in it is freeze dried banana, so once it goes in a smoothie it tastes like I put a banana in there, because I basically did.

I really like the fruit powders. In the summer they are great for making a variety of lemonades. I also add them to vanilla yogurt and use them in recipes that call for juices. This raspberry powder has a really good flavor. The other good thing about this is it comes in a can rather than a pouch. It is very easy to open. Scooping out of a can is much less messy than out of a pouch and it closes securely every time.

Made in China do I need to say more? So disappointed to see a big sticker on the top made in China. I didn’t see that listed in all the product photos or product description. I did mix it in my water being that’s why I purchased it just to have a banana flavor water. The powder didn’t mix good at all. Left big globs of powder, stuck to the sides of the glass, got thick and tasted awful. So disappointed wasted of money.

I just tried this raspberry powder for the first time. I baked an angel food cake and used not quite 1/2 cup of the powder in the cake. I was not disappointed, as it had a subtle raspberry tart flavor. I plan on using other flavors also. Am happy with my purchase.
