I can't believe, but I think it is more time saving than my Swiss Army Knife...
Excellent, really helpful. Everyone I show wants to have one and some bought too. Alao helpful to keep beside the bed at night. Just be careful, the first day I got it I initially thought the button wasn't working, I contacted support and they responded quickly, then I realised the button isn't touch button, it is haptic so you need to press firmly. Then it works every single time. Once I was in the lab recording, I asked AI to report the values so ChatGPT can plot it. It did that very accurately as with all meeting notes and summaries. From meeting notes to random quick daily notes to lab sessions which normally would have taken an hour not 5 minutes just because I would need to stop to write values... Sound quality is good. I used to doubt "did it record, what if it didn't." I realise that by two months, it is gone. Been using it for two months now. Battery lasts crazy long, camel in a desert! I think I charged it maybe 2-3 times and most power drain was due to me accidentally pressing the button in armband mode then letting it record whatever I snored all night:) Lanyard is my favourite way to wear so far. Armband is better in the gym. And I couldn't trust on the magnetic ones because I am fast paced and clumsy, so I felt like I might drop it. So, I am not using those.

Life-changing technology for Autistic and ADHD brains
Plaud is amazing! Not just worth the purchase price but all the subscription levels are very reasonable for the value it adds, with limited processing for free tiers so you don’t have to shell out until you’ve learned how to get the most value out of it. The quality of the recordings and transcription across the multiple choice of LLM models is fantastic compared to cheaper alternatives like Bee (which is also good but you really get what you pay for here). It is highly customisable in terms of creating your templates and context, although the standard AI ones are immediately beneficial. Storage space is good and the ease-of-use makes this a life-changing piece of technology for anyone with a neurodivergent brain that struggles with memory and executive function! I have used this at a wedding, family gatherings, work meetings and daily life conversations at home and now looking at using it for easy journaling so I can capture my thoughts and feelings. Features in the software for organising interactions and processing them in different ways are extensive, and I’m only scratching the surface of what it will be capable of. Worth buying different accessories/cases so it can be worn as a clip, necklace, pin or wrist strap (not included) - but the included magnetic back and clip are sufficient to get started. My only criticism is that the neck cord accessory should be included as standard - that would increase versatility and encourage more frequent use/desire for using a higher subscription tier.

Nifty and compact.
Really enjoying using it! The magnetic clip is strong. Unfortunately I lost the clip mount however it is fantastic and the c-to-c charger works well with a ower bank too. Recommended. Love that it picks up different speakers too!

Smart little workhorse for notes and recordings
Great bit of tech. The device itself is compact, easy to use, and pairs smoothly with the app. Recording quality is clear, and the transcription feature is genuinely useful — especially for meetings, investigations, calls, or even just capturing your own thoughts before they vanish into the void. It’s one of those tools that quickly becomes part of your workflow once you start using it. The app is well designed and straightforward to navigate, and the AI notes function saves a lot of time compared to manual write-ups. Accuracy is solid, and it handles longer recordings without struggling. Only slight downside is the yearly subscription cost, which is a bit on the pricey side. That said, if you’re using it as a professional tool, it’s easy to justify as a business expense rather than a luxury. Efficient, practical, and genuinely helpful for productivity. A strong option if you need reliable recording and transcription in one tidy package.

Well on the way to being my favourite tool
Excellent device. Worked well and the first time I used out it proved itself invaluable as it provided advice on things we’d missed during the meeting.

Worth the cost!!
Why did you choose this product over others?: This is my second Plaud AI pin and highly recommended. Yes there is a paid subscription but totally worth it if you are constantly in meetings. This has sped up my meeting notes and reports like you can’t believe. For those of you that sit multiple meetings a week then this is for you.

Discrete way of remembering when you keep forgetting
I started to forget stuff so thought it would be good to start recording comments, events I'd noticed and the usual random minute of the day. What my notepin does very discreetly is record stuff and then I can transcribe it so have written notes to cut and paste to my calendar or todo list. You get 300 minutes on the free plan which is fine now I've retired from teaching so life is not as hectic. Thoroughly recommended and customer service is very good. Why did you choose this product over others?: Best of the bunch. Trialled several similar devices.
