I bought it for the minerals and hydration benefits.
Celtic salt is supposed to be moist. I keep it in a wide mouth glass jar with a good sealing lid. Some people dry it. I love the taste and the nutritional benefit. If I want to add it to water, I put it in the blender. I like using it with ground beef, steak or fish.
