Perhaps these would be ok for children. I found them extremely frustrating to use. Half didn’t write well and skipped or clogged nearly immediately. The ones that did work were beautiful colors and the stand is convenient but those are the only two things I can find that are positive about these.I have tried having them laying flat for months then turned with the tips of the barrel pointed down for months in the hope that the gel ink would flow. No go. Total waste of money.

This is a great pen set. Not only do I love the pens but, the stand is easy to slide the pens in and out. Very convenient and easy way to keep them organized and at your fingertips.

I just went through every pen. Out of 32 I am giving 9 to my child to play with. Those I gave away would only write parts of the letter or were so light you could not see. The ones that do work are lovely and smooth. Though, there are some that write more fluid than others, they are okay. I just wish they all would have worked.
