It works really well
This is a great vacuum and mop! Did a great job mapping our rooms, understand what is carpet vs regular floor, provide tons of different programming options and it is fairly easy to clean (hair still tangles but not bad to remove) battery lasts very well, has schedule and AI options! A bit pricey but worth it!

Functionality and quality
Have been using the RoboRock Qrevo Vacuum & mop for a few weeks now and so far, the performance is great. The app does did give me a bit of trouble at first, but I am getting used to it and am able to further use its functionality - such as selecting various areas or whole house or select rooms to either vacuum or mop and at preselected times. We find the unit performs nicely for what it is intended to do, it is not a deep clean machine, for sure, but it performs well at vacuuming and mopping for ongoing maintenance of the house floors. Plus, it is fun to watch it do its job and not have to supervise it once you set up its routine. We like and are quite satisfied with the little robot helper.

My first Robot Vacuum and Iâm very satisfied!
This is my first robot vacuum, and I honestly didnât expect to be this satisfied. Setup was simple, mapping was fast, and the cleaning performance exceeded my expectations. It makes daily life much easier, and with both vacuuming and mopping features, the house stays consistently clean. Itâs quiet, efficient, and definitely a time-saving device.

Great product overall! I'm glad I switched brands ;-)
I was initially worried about how difficult the setup process would be, but I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to setup and begin using. This feels like a sturdy, quality product right out of the box. The App works perfectly with the robovac and it communicates instantly if you make changes "on the fly". The unit performs very well with great cleaning power, even while my floors are not perfect. Lastly, after finishing cleaning and mopping, it still has about 70% battery life available. Great if you have to clean another space outside of the house. Overall, I am very pleased with this product. I'm glad I switched brands!

Super cool
I just want to preface this by reminding any would be buyers that this is not a throw it in a room after a frat party cleaning machine! This is a maintenance machine. It will sweep up some dirt and hair and keep your floors clean but its a maintenance machine. Keep your cleaning hopes and wishes realistic. That said, its the best one (of 3) that I've ever had. Great mapping, great obstacle avoidance. Effortlessly navigates throughout the house without brushing on your wood services so it won't scrape up the furniture. Its almost like magic how it manages to float close to your walls and furniture without actually rubbing on it. You will need to clean up any major mud or hair before hand. Seems to be able to clean about 1000 square feet of dirty floor at a time before the onboard dust bin fills up but thats really pushing it with pretty dirty floors and carpets. It automatically empties dust bin and cleans mops when it deems it necessary or it finishes its run whichever comes first. Easily navigates up and over thresholds, floor vents, and other bumps and lumps. Haven't gotten it stuck once. It doesn't just bump around like an old game of pong either. It maps out your house with a sweat of sensors and plans an efficient route. I can attest that it can and does easily differentiate between carpet and mop surfaces. Does a great job not mopping your carpet đ it will even avoid your feet and your pets and any socks or dog poo that might end up in the path. Fairly painless set up too. Battery seems to last pretty well. I have a fairly small space. Under 1000 square feet of area that I give it access to and it never goes below 30%. The only negative thing I really have to say is it could pick up a little better. I dont know that its really a problem with the model so much as an inherent limitation of an automated, low power unit. None I've had have really done better but you will still get debris around transitions and a little here and there on the carpets. All and all, well worth the money and will 100% make your life easier.

Worth it!!!
I've waited over a month and a half with daily use in a house with 5 kids, 3 dogs, and parents. We have a dog door to a sometimes muddy back yard and dogs come and go into our fenced yard. I purchased this with the hopes that it woukd do what it says it does and planned to give it a go and give an honest review. Our dogs shed and bring in so much dirt and I'm constantly cleaning after working all day. I just want clean floors! So the price was steep for me, but when I read reviews, the unit actually has features of much more expensive models, so it looked to be worth it. I make sure that things are picked up, and it does a good job vacuuming! Then, you can set it to mop right as it vacuums, or after, or not at all. I need the floor cleaned so I always have it mopping. I can't tell you how much I love this vacuum (named Rosie after the Jetsons with a decal on it). It does leave a tiny amount in corners, but its so small that I can get it after a week because its not noticeable. I thought it wasn't pulling much from my floors, but the dirty water tank made a believer out of me. This thing is great and I love it.

Impressive robovac that mops and auto cleans itself; significant upgrade to my Roborock Q5+
I have owned a Roborock Q5+ for years and have been happy with it, but when we adopted a dog and manually mopping our hardwood floors became a chore, it was time to upgrade our robovac. I purchased the new Qrevo S when it became available. Roborock has a plethora of different robovac models (too many, in fact), and the Qrevo S isn't their top-of-the-line model by any means. The specs and features seemed impressive compared to my old Q5+: auto mop washing and self-drying (my Q5+ has no mopping feature), 7000Pa suction (my Q5+ is only 2700Pa), obstacle avoidance (which the Q5+ lacks), ultrasonic carpet sensing (not available on the Q5+), quieter operation (63dB vs. 67dB), and new features like the ability to lift the mops by 10mm when encountering carpet and spinning them at 2,000 rpm while cleaning floors. Having never owned a mopping robovac before, I was excited to put this one through its paces. After unboxing (it was very well packaged), I set up the Qrevo S with my existing Roborock app running on my Google Pixel 8 Pro (Android, app version 4.36.10). Upon powering up the Qrevo S and launching the app, it automatically detected the unit and guided me through connecting it to my home Wi-Fi. This, however, is where I ran into an issue: it wouldnât connect to my home Wi-Fi. It turns out â and this is documented â that the Qrevo S (and most, if not all, of Roborockâs robovac products) doesnât support 5 GHz Wi-Fi; it only works on 2.4 GHz. In this day and age (itâs almost the year 2025), it's disappointing to find the lack of 5 GHz Wi-Fi support. I had to temporarily disable the 5 GHz radio on my router just to complete the initial Wi-Fi setup. Once completed, I re-enabled 5 GHz on my router, and the Qrevo S continued working fine. It's not a deal breaker, but still annoying nonetheless. Once the unit was connected to my home network, the next step was to map out the home's floor plan via the âquick mappingâ feature, where the robovac roams around the house, mapping the layout and rooms. For my home, where the Qrevo S was placed on the first floor, it quickly mapped the floor plan in about 15 minutes. That was quick, compared to my old Q5+. Using the app, you can edit the floor plan by adding, deleting or merging rooms and renaming them, but I found the process somewhat finicky and, at times, frustrating. This isn't a hardware issue but rather a limitation of the app (in this case, Android). There is a certain trick to creating rooms (by adding dividing lines), and sometimes you need to âthink outside the boxâ when placing the dividing lines to separate rooms, which may require multiple attempts. Again, this isnât a hardware problem, and hopefully the app will improve over time. How did the Qrevo S perform as a robovac? Impressive, especially compared to the Q5+. As mentioned, Iâve never had a robovac with a mop before, and it did a commendable job mopping the hardwood floors and vacuuming carpets. What impressed me most were two features: its ability to automatically stop spinning the mops and slightly raise them when detecting carpets (even high-pile carpets) and its "Reactive Tech" obstacle avoidance technology. The latter was able to detect Murphyâs (our dog) ball/toy in its path, note it on the map/app, and avoid it. I have attached photos as proof. LiDAR-based navigation is standard. The unit also supports multiple floor mappings (up to four floors), but for now, I have it set up for just the main floor. When the robovac finished its cleaning cycle, it automatically found its way back to its multifunctional dock and initiated its docking sequence. Once docked, it began the self-cleaning process: washing and drying the mops, emptying the dustbin (330ml capacity), refilling the water tank on the robovac (80ml capacity) from the clean water bin if needed, and recharging the unit. Summary: Pros: Impressive robovac with automatic self-cleaning, mopping capability, LiDAR-based navigation, and obstacle avoidance. Cons: Only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, and editing the floor map in the app can sometimes be frustrating.

Great with pets on hard surfaces, Just OK on carpet
We have a Malamute so this thing definitely gets a workout. It does wonderful on hard surfaces, it actually does a better job than I can on my own getting dog hair out of all the books and crannies. It has mixed results on carpet. It will leave hair in some places and sometimes lose hair that it picked up but didn't totally suck into its dust bin in little tangled up clumps. It'll usually get those the next time it runs though and still gets a majority of it. Other than that, I have had one or two connectivity issues where it refused to connect, but they were resolved fairly easily (and I'm not sure they weren't due to my router and not the vacuum). It also doesn't like AC vents. It's decided to classify all of mine as "cliffs" and refuses to get too close. Great cleaning on hard surfaces, OK cleaning on carpet and very minor bugs. It's way better than any other robot vac I've tried and I'm mostly happy with it
