I have taken resveratrol type supplements (mechanistically similar) for more than a decade without adverse effects. People tell me I look a lot younger than I am; do your own research using ai and PubMed then ask your doctor to assess suitability. Be aware that many MDs are conditioned to say that supplements are drugs, which the FDA sadly does not agree with. I generally buy supplements with GMP sticker (make sure it's the real sticker) as that's the gold standard. I don't recall if this one has it, but I think it's good quality.
